Kelly Keith, OD

About Kelly Keith, OD

Dr. Keith was born and raised on the Navajo and Hopi native American reservations in northern Arizona. After finishing high school, she went on to attend the University of Arizona. Dr. Keith received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in physiology with a minor in anthropology. She also worked as an optometric technician while attending university. Dr. Keith completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University of Health Sciences in Glendale, Arizona, graduating summa cum laude. While in school, she attended externships that provided extensive training and experience in primary eye care, diabetic eye care, management of macular degeneration and glaucoma, and surgical co-management. After finishing optometry school, Dr. Keith returned to Tucson to work for a corporate optometry clinic and was happy to join Arizona Primary Eye Care in March of 2022. Dr. Keith enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive eye care in a friendly and comfortable environment. In her free time, Dr. Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Michael Madigan, OD

About Michael Madigan, OD

A Board Certified optometrist, Dr. Michael Madigan grew up in Canada. He graduated from the New England College of Optometry in 1996 (after earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from the University of Western Ontario). Dr. Madigan is a certified low vision specialist who has helped countless patients over the years optimize their usable vision, maximize the use of available technology and assistive devices, manage their vision impairments, and enjoy a higher quality of life. In addition to bringing warmth and expertise to individuals and families, Dr. Madigan has also provided care to community members through nonprofit organizations such as Astor Services for Children and Families, Northern Dutchess Hospital, and Anderson Center for Autism. His love of community has also extended to a number of other initiatives; he served as president and remains an active member of the Rhinebeck Lions Club, along with service as past president of the Saugerties Youth Hockey Association Board and former Board member of the Rhinebeck Area Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Madigan is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New York State Optometric Association. He lives in the Village of Rhinebeck; in his free time, Dr. Madigan enjoys ice hockey and skiing.

Hi! My name is Dr. Shagufta Bi Bi. I completed my undergraduate degree in Biology at McMaster University and my Doctor of Optometry degree at the New England College of Optometry. I completed my residency in Primary Care with Emphasis in Ocular Disease at Nova Southeastern University. In my free time, I love hiking, watching reality TV, and doing pilates!

Maria Gibbons, OD

About Maria Gibbons, OD

Dr. Maria Gibbons, a native of Dutchess County, New York who grew up in Hyde Park, is a 1996 graduate of the New England College of Optometry (Doctor of Optometry, 1996). Prior to optometry school, Dr. Gibbons earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the College of Holy Cross (1991). Since that time, she has worked tirelessly to ensure that her patients obtain the vision care needed to live healthier, more fulfilling lives. Deeply respected for her unwavering dedication, gentle spirit of compassion, and meticulous attention to detail, Dr. Gibbons has a keen ability to catch, diagnose, and successfully treat eye-related concerns and diseases, actively listening to each patient and responding with highly customized care plans. She works with individuals and families throughout the life cycle, and has an extensive background helping patients with special needs, along with patients who present with a wide range of eye conditions. Dr. Gibbons is a member of the New York State Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She lives in the Village of Rhinebeck; in her free time, Dr. Gibbons loves to read, create, and exercise.

Paije Hostetter, OD

About Paije Hostetter, OD

Dr. Paije Hostetter graduated with honors as a Doctor of Optometry from the Kentucky College of Optometry in 2021. She was raised in North Jackson, OH and attended Jackson Milton High School before earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Youngstown State University in 2017. Dr. Hostetter’s primary goal is to provide the highest quality clinical care as possible, while building lasting relationships with her patients. When Dr. Hostetter isn’t caring for her patients, she enjoys a friendly game of basketball or volleyball, watching movies, and spending time with her husband, Bruce.

Brad Bloomberg, OD

About Brad Bloomberg, OD

Dr. Brad Bloomberg graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1988 with a Doctor of Optometry Degree. He received his bachelor’s degree from Hiram College in 1977 and completed an additional bachelor’s degree in visual sciences at the Illinois College of Optometry in 1985. Dr. Bloomberg is a 2nd generation optometrist. His father, Dr. Cecil Bloomberg, started the first Bloomberg Eye Clinic in the Youngstown area in 1978. Dr. Brad Bloomberg currently serves as Chief Professional Officer and medical director for Bloomberg Eyecare in Ohio, and Riverfront Eyecare and Primary Eyecare in Michigan. Dr. Bloomberg resides in Boardman, Ohio, with his wife, Judy.

Matthew McCourt, OD

About Matthew McCourt, OD

“My fundamental interest in optometry was rooted based on healthcare. That interest grew into a passion for providing patients with optimal visual health with the goal of improving their quality of life. I believe that individualized care, coupled with clear communication, will not only help each patient reach their visual goals but also build a trustworthy doctor-patient relationship. I truly enjoy getting to know each patient I meet and look forward to working with anyone who I see for their next eye exam. Outside of work, I like exploring state and national parks, camping, exercising and playing golf.” Dr. McCourt grew up in rural Alberta, Canada, and graduated from St. Francis Xavier University in Nova Scotia, Canada, where he received an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. Following undergrad, he travelled south of the border after being accepted into the Arizona College of Optometry. Dr. McCourt has experience providing high and low complexity exams for patients in several specialty clinics, such as Dry Eye, Myopia Control, Prosthetic Contact Lenses, Ophthalmology, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration, and Post-Operative Care. Dr. McCourt also had the privilege of managing and treating ocular diseases for the U.S Department of Veterans Affairs in northern Florida. Since then, Dr. McCourt has decided to return to Arizona to continue his optometric career.
