Dr. Toyzer is an optometrist in Havertown providing complete eye care services for the surrounding communities. Dr. Barry J. Toyzer specializes in pediatric, family eye care and hard to fit contact lenses. His particular area of interest is in the field of Myopia Management and Orthokeratology. Dr. Toyzer has over four decades of experience in the field of optometry and is known for his excellence in patient care. Patients come to him from many counties in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. He received his Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1983 and then went on to complete his residency in Pediatric Optometry and Binocular Vision. Dr. Toyzer provides a variety of general and specialized eye and vision services, including routine eye exams, children's eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses and LASIK management. He also attends to eye and vision difficulties experienced by patients with chronic medical conditions like diabetes and hypertension. He is also an expert in custom made, specialty, hard-to-fit contact lenses for patients who have experienced difficulty before with contacts. You can choose between rigid gas-permeable lenses, daily-wear soft lenses, extended-wear disposable lenses, and planned replacement lenses. Dr. McMillian is a 1994 graduate of the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis TN where he attended as a US Army officer under the Health Professions Scholarship Program. After graduation he served as a Captain and Optometric Physician in the US Army. He served in Germany, Bosnia, and the US before leaving the Army to pursue private practice. Dr. McMillian founded McMillian Eye Care in Atoka TN in 2002. He enjoys the outdoor life with his wife Carlyn and son Brady.

Dr. Zachary James is from Rosemark, TN. He graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in 2019. Then, he received his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 2024. He joined the practice in 2024, and is trained in the treatment and management of ocular disease, post-operative eye care, contact lenses, and glasses. In his spare time, he is an avid outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, and spend time with family and friends.

Dr. Janet Tseng grew up in Seattle, Washington. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Chemistry before earning her Doctor of Optometry from Illinois College of Optometry in 2005. Dr. Tseng provides comprehensive and thorough examinations. She assesses each patient’s individual visual needs and determines what type of visual correction is best recommended for each patient’s lifestyle. Dr. Tseng enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, biking, and skiing with her family.

Dr. Mujahid Saeed completed his undergraduate degree at DePaul University in Chicago. He graduated from Illinois College of Optometry in 2009 and has over 15 years of practice experience in the Chicagoland area and suburbs. Currently, Dr. Saeed and his family reside in the Greater Houston area. Dr. Saeed is pleased to ensure all of your eyecare needs are met. While outside of the office, Dr. Saeed enjoys hiking, cycling, and running.
