Dr. Adelphy Payero earned her Bachelor’s in Biology from Temple University and a Bachelor’s in Vision Science from Nova Southeastern University, where she also completed her Doctorate of Optometry. During her training, Dr. Payero gained extensive clinical experience in pediatrics, contact lens fitting, and post-surgical cataract management. She furthered her expertise by pursuing a residency at the Audie Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, specializing in Ocular Disease and Neuro-Rehabilitation, working primarily with brain-injury patients. Outside the office, she loves getting lost in a good book, running outdoors, and exploring local coffee shops!

Dr. Parvis approaches patient care with compassion and dignity for each patient she is privileged to care for. Combining an overall wellness approach to patient care, she emphasizes wellness to prevent systemic disease, ultimately decreasing risks to ocular health and visual function. A 1991 graduate of the New England College of Optometry, Dr. Parvis spent her early years both teaching and in multi-care settings before entering private practice in 1999. In addition to her passion for optometry care, she volunteers with the worldwide Lions organization, serving local community needs. Dr. Parvis has been a very proud Toys for Tots sponsor alongside the United States Marine Corps Reserves since 1982. In 2019, Dr. Parvis was given the DISTINGUISHED CITIZENSHIP AWARD, awarded by the Pentagon and presented by the United States Marine League detachment 1094 Commandant James Sottile for outstanding citizenship recognition and for her charitable work for Toys for Tots. In her free time, Dr. Parvis enjoys family time, nature walks, cooking, and entertaining family and friends in her home with her husband and son.

Since starting his West Jordan eye clinic in 2005, Dr. Kimball has offered a unique experience to each one of his patients. Dr Kimball attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate degree. Upon completion of his post-graduate work at the Southern California College of Optometry and completion of his Doctorate degree, he has made it his goal to offer the best optometric care to his patients treating them as he would treat his own family. He prides himself in not just being a good clinician, but knows that every patient leaving his office will understand exactly how their eyes work and will go home with the knowledge that they have had the most thorough eye exam they have ever had. Dr. Kimball is a third generation Optometrist being led by a strong tradition of valuable service since his grandfathers opening of their first clinic in the Sugarhouse area back in 1952. After serving with his father in several humanitarian missions in South and Central America Dr. Kimball saw the lack of eye care being provided and its endless benefits to those that were given the gift of sight for the first time. That passion has spilled over to his current clinic where he strives to provide explanations to how the eye and the body work together. He prides himself on improving vision through medicinal as well as holistic approaches. Dr. Kimball has been a long-term member of the American Optometric Association and the Utah Optometric Association. He is active in the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce. He is a native of Utah and resides with his wife, Kathy and their four sons, Jonah, Eli, Jax and Remy. His interests include family activities, sports of all kinds, music, woodworking, camping, poetry and BBQ. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys working with the Spanish speaking community.

Dr. Patel graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. She then received her Doctor of Optometry from the University of Missouri at St. Louis. Through her extensive training, Dr. Patel has gained expertise in contact lenses, low vision, pediatrics, and ocular diseases. Additionally, she is a member of the American Optometric Association, the American Academy of Optometry, and the South Carolina Optometric Physicians Association. Dr. Patel and her husband, Gopin live in Fort Mill, SC with their toddler, Niyam. When she isn’t busy helping her community achieve quality vision, she enjoys reading, shopping, and traveling.

Dr. Brooks attended the University of Florida and completed Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Microbiology. He attended the Southern College of Optometry for his Doctorate of Optometry. He completed a bonus year of residency training in Ocular Disease at the Baltimore VA. He is a member of the American Optometric Association. Dr. Brooks activities include running, being outdoors, and volunteering. He enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and german shepherd. He is a board member for the mission organization Great Faith Vision. He also regularly volunteers at Samaritan Health Center in Durham.
