No two humans are alike, therefore my treatment plans and prescriptions are tailored for the individual. Helping a patient figure out their specific needs and coming up with solutions is very gratifying and can impact the quality of their day to day life. Dr. Bhagyashree Lad is a Therapeutic Optometrist and a certified Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Health from the University of Houston. She then went on to continue her Doctorate of Optometry degree at Rosenberg School of Optometry in San Antonio, Texas. Dr. Lad completed her externship at Eye Center of Texas focusing pre- and post-operative management of cataract and other refractive surgeries, treating and managing ocular disease, Glaucoma, and retinal pathology. She also completed her rotation at VA Outpatient Clinic in Jacksonville Florida where she concentrated in primary care, fitting contact lenses and low vision. Dr. Lad enjoys spending quality time with family, traveling and trying new foods.
