Dr. Alan Van is a native of Fairfax, Virginia. He attended Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry in 2015. He then later earned his Doctorate of Optometry degree from IAUPR School of Optometry in 2021. Dr. Van is a board certified optometrist and is an active member of the American Optometric Association. In his free time, he likes to travel, take photos, and spend time with his friends and family.

Dr. Mark Robinson is a board-certified optometric physician. As a graduate from SCO, he is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Arkansas Optometric Association. He is married with two children and enjoys helping with their changing lives and spending time with family.

The reason I became an optometrist is: To help my community and especially the pediatric population to perceive and see the world as best as they can. I help patients live their best lives by providing the latest proven technologies in eyecare, making improvements in vision throughout their lifetime. I believe a transformational eyecare experience involves sharing knowledge with my patients, so they learn something new about eye health and vision at every appointment. How are you impacting your local community? The biggest impact I have in the Holland area is providing prescription safety glasses for thousands of workers, allowing them to perform their best, which in turn impacts everybody that uses the products they manufacture.
