Professional Achievements and Associations: Texas Optometric Association; American Optometric Association. Clinical Certifications and Specialties: Specializing in Children’s Vision and Contact Lenses. My favorite part of helping my patients is: 80% of perception comes from vision. Being able to play a part in helping individuals improve their vision and knowing that will help improve their lives makes me extremely satisfied. On the short side, there is nothing like holding up a new prescription in front of a patient during an eye exam and having them get totally excited about the improvement in their vision. In my spare time, I enjoy: Traveling and Gardening but particularly Grandchildren and Skiing.
