Ryan Fuller, OD

About Ryan Fuller, OD

A New Hampshire native, Dr. Fuller graduated from The University of New Hampshire with a Biology degree in 2012. He completed his Optometry training at the New England College of Optometry in Boston. His doctoral training included externships at the VA in Manchester, NH; The Dorcester House Community Health Center; and special populations in the Boston area including low vision and pediatric communities. Dr. Fuller is interested in the management of diabetic eye disease, pediatric eye care, and glaucoma. Dr. Fuller is a member of the American Optometric Association and the New Hampshire Optometric Association. Dr. Fuller lives in Dover with his wife and two young children. Dr. Fuller is an avid golfer, Boston sports fan, and loves trying out new recipes in the kitchen.

Olivia Stelmach, OD

About Olivia Stelmach, OD

Dr. Stelmach graduated from the University of Florida with a senior thesis in ocular protein analysis from the Smith Lab at UF Health Hospital. She earned her Doctorate in Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in Boston in 2020 with Honors from all four of her clinical rotations. She also worked at the Janet L. LaBreck Center for Low Vision Rehabilitation at the NECO Center for Eye Care, for most of her time in Boston, in both administration and patient care to help each patient with visual impairment maximize their functional vision to ultimately improve their quality of life. Dr. Stelmach is passionate about providing kind, compassionate, and comprehensive eye care with her experience and interests in several areas of eye care, including routine, medical, emergency eye care, family and pediatric eye care, binocular vision, low vision, dry eye treatment and contact lenses. Dr. Stelmach enjoys swimming, yoga, and taking trips to visit family in Vermont.

Nadiya Oleksiv, OD

About Nadiya Oleksiv, OD

Undergraduate Education: York University, Toronto, Canada - Kinesiology Major. Optometry School: New England College of Optometry. How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? By providing comprehensive eye exams for adults and children that suit their individual needs. Routine wellness exams, diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting, binocular visual dysfunctions, and ocular disease management, to list a few. As she looks to further improve the quality of care she provides, Dr. Oleksiv is currently pursuing her functional medicine certification with the Institute of Functional Medicine. Hobbies/Interests: Skiing, hiking, dancing, trying out new recipes.

David Reed, OD

About David Reed, OD

Undergraduate Education: University of Maine. Optometry School: New England College of Optometry. Dr.Reed has had an extensive career in optometry spanning over 52 years. This experience has given him a wealth of knowledge especially in the field of specialty contact lens fittings. My career has included time spent as the president of the Virginia Optometric Association, president of the North Virginia Optometric Society, and chairman for the Contact Lens Committee of Virginia Optometric Association. He also served as a board member for various associations, including Capital Eye Consultants, Vision Care Services in Washington D.C., and the Advisory board of Bausch & Lomb Soflens Division. He enjoys spending his free time reading, traveling, cooking and the love of dogs.

Neil Hecker, OD

About Neil Hecker, OD

Dr. Hecker, a proud graduate of Oklahoma State University, furthered his education at Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry. His dedication to clinical excellence is evident in his completion of an Ocular Disease and Primary Care residency at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center and his attainment of Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry. He holds advanced certifications in anterior segment laser procedures and optometric surgical techniques from Northeastern State University College of Optometry. Outside of his professional pursuits, Dr. Hecker enjoys staying active through basketball and football, is an avid reader, and treasures quality time with his family, especially with his two young daughters.

Hieu Vu-Gia, OD

About Hieu Vu-Gia, OD

Dr. Hieu Vu-Gia earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University in New York City. His interest in eye care led him to the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, where he earned his Doctor of Optometry. Dr. Vu-Gia is a highly trained optometrist with extensive experience in primary eye care, contact lenses, treating and managing eye diseases, and co-management of refractive surgery. He is certified in orthokeratology (a leading option in the control of myopia in children and a non-surgical alternative to refractive surgery) by the manufacturers and designers of several orthokeratology lenses. Dr. Vu-Gia is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Virginia Optometric Association, and the American Academy of Orthokeratology and Myopia Control. Dr. Vu-Gia is proud to have pursued his dream of practicing with a tradition of excellence in eye care. Patients enjoy his outgoing personality and caring attitude. He practices in Oakton and is accepting new patients. He currently resides in Northern Virginia with his two children and enjoys golfing.

Marcy Schultenover, OD

About Marcy Schultenover, OD

A native of Michigan, Dr. Marcy Schultenover attended the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for her undergraduate degree. While completing her graduate degree at the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, she had externships in the Pediatric and Low Vision Specialties Clinic in the New England Eye Institute in Boston, MA, the Newington, CT VA Hospital, and the Dorchester House Community Clinic in Dorchester, MA. She holds current memberships in the American Optometric Association (AOA), the Cornea and Contact Lens Section of the AOA and the New Hampshire Optometric Association. Dr. Schultenover is a certified provider in CooperVision’s Brilliant Futures™ Myopia Management program. She’s health-focused and tries to make exercise and healthy eating a priority, often cooking with her daughter who has an affinity for ethnic dishes. Dr. Schultenover loves to travel and plans family trips that offer a variety of different experiences, cultural exposure, and cuisines.

Dr. Nazanin Latifi attended George Mason University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She then attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, where she earned her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Latifi resides in Northern Virginia, and has enjoyed providing eye care to her patients in MD and VA for the past decade. She is passionate about her career, music, dancing, nature, and spending time with her husband and two kids.

Gregory Foley, OD

I always strive to help my patients live their best lives by providing the best comprehensive exams and contact lens fits that maximize my patients’ visual needs. I listen to their concerns and provide options to maximize their visual performance. I have practiced since 1993 in various modalities thru my career. In the early part of my career, I had staff privileges at various hospital in NC where I gathered expertise in managing various ocular disease states. I stay very active in continuing education and professional organizations to ensure I am current on the latest knowledge and technology related to eye care. I also strive to learn the community that I serve and become involved so I can understand community needs. In recent years I have provided care and glasses for children in various DC public charter schools. I’ve also volunteered at health screen days on Capitol Hill. I try to support local charities and I have been involved as an athlete in local cycling, triathlon, swim and row teams. This gives me perspective on how to best serve my patients and community. Hobbies: general physical fitness and nutrition/cycling, running, triathlon, rowing, international hiking and travel, culinary food, and wine excursions.

Tiffany Lione, OD

About Tiffany Lione, OD

Dr. Lione has been providing top quality eyecare in Northern Virginia for over 20 years. Her passion lies in medical optometry and specialty contact lenses, specifically multi-focal contacts (for the over 40 crowd) and orthokeratology, a custom contact lens worn at night to control the progression of myopia in children and teens. Dr. Lione is honored to have been recognized by her patients and Loudoun Times Mirror as the “Best Eye Doctor” in Loudoun County for the past three years. According to Dr. Lione, “I truly enjoy my profession. It is so impactful to help people see their best and as a result, feel their best. I’ve been a part of this community for over 15 years and have loved getting to know my patients, their children, and their neighbors throughout this journey.” Dr. Lione lives in Loudoun County with her husband, children, and family dog.
