Dr. Julia Landavazo attended Georgia Southern University, where she played Division 1 volleyball and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Her passion for eye care led her to the Kentucky College of Optometry, where she excelled academically, graduating Cum Laude and with clinical honors. Her training focused on ocular disease, dry eye, and pre- and post-operative management. With a commitment to serving her community, Dr.Landavazo is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients and providing exceptional eye care. She combines her professional expertise with a personal touch, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for.

Dr. Thao Ngo is a dedicated optometrist with over seven years of experience in ocular diseases, dry eye management, and comprehensive eye care. She specializes in pre-and post-operative care for refractive surgery. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from Baylor University and her Doctorate of Optometry degree from Rosenberg School of Optometry. Dr. Ngo has worked in several private practices, a laser refractive surgery center, and an ophthalmology clinic in the DFW area. She strives to provide exceptional patient care and communication, helping every patient have the best possible vision. In her free time, Dr. Ngo enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and pug, Otis. She loves trying new recipes, traveling, and Lagree fitness.

Dr. Cosenza began his academic journey at Quinnipiac University, where he earned an Associate of Science degree. He was then offered early entry into the New England College of Optometry, where he completed his Bachelor of Optometry and Doctor of Optometry degrees. After completing his education, Dr. Cosenza practiced with Ophthalmology Associates PC for three years in Fairfield, CT. He then co-founded Vision Group with Dr. Robert Blake, expanding the practice to three offices. OptiCare PC, a Connecticut-based multidisciplinary eye care provider, later acquired Vision Group. Following the sale of Vision Group, Dr. Cosenza consulted and practiced with several optometric practices across Connecticut, primarily Professional Vision Center in Meriden. Over the past five years.he has served on staff at Eyecare Associates in Fairfield, CT, delivering high-quality patient care. Dr. Cosenza has now joined MyEyeDr, where he is excited to accept new patients at both the Fairfield and Westport locations. Dr. Fatima graduated with Magna Cum Laude from Benedictine University with Bachelors’ in Health Sciences. She then completed a Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree with the Tomb & Key Honors Society and Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society awards. Dr. Fatima became an eye doctor as she always wanted to be a healthcare professional as a child. Being a Doctor of Optometry allows her to be an essential part of her patients' healthcare team, making sure that they see better and have optimal health! Besides primary eye care, she enjoys myopia control/management, specialty contact lenses, treating eye diseases, and preventing glaucoma, among other conditions. When Dr. Fatima is not in the office, she enjoys reading, traveling, swimming, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Dr. Henry Luo practices all aspects of optometry, including managing various ocular diseases and binocular disorders and performing eyeglasses and contact lens examinations. He is passionate about improving a patient’s quality of life by providing exceptional eye care. Adalina Kulbak is an optometrist with thirty years of experience in eye care. Adalina received her Bachelors in Science at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois before attending Illinois College of Optometry where she would earn her Doctrine of Optometry. Her experience has cultivated her comprehensive understanding of family and individual ophthalmologic screening, fitting, and disease management. Her most recent endeavor, small business ownership, taught her the balance between examination, diagnosis, treatment, and the marketing of additional services including cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eyes. She is fluent in English, Russian, proficient in Hebrew and Polish. Dr. Kulbak lives with her husband Mark, and her dog Charlie and has two grown children.

Dr. Michael Vuong grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 2012. Now a Floridian, Dr. Vuong looks forward to addressing your visual needs and eye health concerns.
