Dr. Henry Luo practices all aspects of optometry, including managing various ocular diseases and binocular disorders and performing eyeglasses and contact lens examinations. He is passionate about improving a patient’s quality of life by providing exceptional eye care. In his free time, Dr. Luo enjoys playing and watching all sports, hitting the gym, and spending time with friends and family. Languages spoken: English, Mandarin, elementary Spanish. Adalina Kulbak is an optometrist with thirty years of experience in eye care. Adalina received her Bachelors in Science at Loyola University in Chicago, Illinois before attending Illinois College of Optometry where she would earn her Doctrine of Optometry. Her experience has cultivated her comprehensive understanding of family and individual ophthalmologic screening, fitting, and disease management. Her most recent endeavor, small business ownership, taught her the balance between examination, diagnosis, treatment, and the marketing of additional services including cataract, glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and dry eyes. She is fluent in English, Russian, proficient in Hebrew and Polish. Dr. Kulbak lives with her husband Mark, and her dog Charlie and has two grown children.

Dr. Michael Vuong grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007. He then went on to complete his Doctorate of Optometry from Southern College of Optometry in 2012. Now a Floridian, Dr. Vuong looks forward to addressing your visual needs and eye health concerns.

Dr. Schneid’s educational journey reflects a solid commitment to healthcare and optometry. After attending the University of South Florida and the University of Maryland, College Park, he pursued his passion for eye care at the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Vision Care and a Doctor of Optometry degree there. This solid foundation in science and clinical practice equips him to make a significant impact in eye care and enhance the vision health of his community. Dr. Schneid is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Maryland Optometric Association, showcasing his commitment to professional growth and community service. His involvement with the InfantSEE program and the Lion’s Club reflects his dedication to providing essential care, especially to needy children. Practicing in Takoma Park, he’s known for his outgoing personality and caring demeanor, making his patients feel comfortable and valued. He accepts new patients, welcoming the community to experience his dedication to high-quality eye care. Outside of his practice, Dr. Schneid resides in Maryland with his wife, and they enjoy a variety of hobbies together, including traveling, photography, gardening, cooking, and practicing Aikido. These diverse interests enrich his life and foster meaningful connections with others

Dr. William Cassidy Strange is passionate about optometry and prides himself on his attention to detail and thorough eye exams. He graduated from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia, PA, and he received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Virginia before that. Dr. Strange is a primary care provider focusing on ocular disease, specialty contact lenses, and pre/post-operative care for cataract and glaucoma filtration surgeries. He is also an active member of the American Optometric Association and the North Carolina State Optometric Society. While practicing in various modalities of optometry across the East Coast, he discovered that the essential component of any eye exam is establishing trust and providing a safe space for all his patients, regardless of their background. He prides himself on breaking down his findings so his patients can understand the beauty of physics and the anatomy of the eye. Dr. Strange loves to travel and experience new cultures and foods in his spare time. He has two cats named Finley and Brooks, who he refers to as his sons, and he loves to play fetch with them (yes, fetch, yes, they’re cats). Dr. Strange looks forward to serving his community and building relationships with his patients.

Dr. Loe was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. He is the son of an optometrist, which is where his passion for optometry began. He attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a bachelor’s in Physiology. He moved to Phoenix in 2014 to pursue his Doctor of Optometry degree, where he focused on ocular disease and specialty contact lenses on his external rotations. Dr. Loe had great clinical experience at the following external rotation sites: Arizona Eye Institute (Phoenix, AZ); Fort Defiance Indian Health Hospital (Fort Defiance, AZ); Pinecone Vision Center (Sartell, Minnesota); Nationwide Medical Referral Center (Mesa, AZ). Dr. Loe is a member and on the board of directors for the Arizona Optometric Association. He, his wife, and their dog call the North Valley home. Dr. Loe has a passion for patient care and patient education. He enjoys the outdoors, golfing, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.
