About Lisa Alvarez Jordan, OD

Dr. Jordan received her Bachelor’s degree from Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and her Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston in Houston, Texas. Dr. Jordan completed her residency at Omni Eye Specialists in Denver, Colorado, specializing in Ocular Disease, Surgical Co-management, and Acute Care. She then completed a fellowship in Refractive Surgery at Colorado Laser Surgeons in Denver, specializing in surgical candidacy and post-operative management. She has given numerous lectures to optometrists on ocular disease, surgical co-management, and systemic conditions with ocular findings. She has previously been an adjunct professor at Pacific University in Forest Grove, Oregon, and the University of Houston. Dr. Jordan is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Colorado Optometric Association. Dr. Jordan is fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Madison Hay is a dedicated optometrist committed to delivering compassionate, patient-centered eye care. Originally from South Dakota, she completed her undergraduate studies at Colorado State University before earning her Doctor of Optometry degree from Pacific University College of Optometry in Forest Grove, Oregon. Dr. Hay enjoys building lasting relationships with her patients and helping them achieve their clearest, most comfortable vision. She provides General Eye Exams, Contact Lens Services, LASIK & PRK Co-management, Cataract Co-management, Dry Eye Disease, Retina Care, Glaucoma Management, and Optical. Outside the clinic, she loves reading, spending time with friends and family, traveling, and enjoying time with her husband and their cat, Zelda, and dog, Zeke.

McKinzie Daniels, OD

About McKinzie Daniels, OD

McKinzie Daniels, OD, earned her Bachelor of Science degree in human biology, minor in Spanish, and Doctor of Optometry degree all from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. In optometry school, she served as president of the contact lens club and was an associate instructor for ocular biology. During one of her optometry internships, she received an award for recognition of outstanding customer service. She has been working in Colorado since 2021 as a comprehensive optometrist specializing in medical optometry and scleral contact lens fits. Her passions in eyecare include contact lenses and dry eye. Dr. Daniels is dedicated to going the extra mile to ensure each patient achieves optimal eye health and vision while making patients feel at ease and taking the time to answer any questions they may have regarding eye-related issues. When not in the office, she enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and skiing. She also enjoys cooking, baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Mackenzie Egan, OD

About Mackenzie Egan, OD

Mackenzie Egan, O.D., graduated with honors from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science degree in genetics. In 2016, she graduated as co-valedictorian from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, earning her Doctor of Optometry degree. During her graduate education, Dr. Egan completed internships in ocular disease and low vision at the Veterans Affairs Hospitals in White River Junction, VT, and West Haven, CT. She also completed a primary eye care rotation in Sartell, MN, and a pediatric eye care internship in Boston. Following graduation, Dr. Egan spent a year in primary eye care before transitioning to LASIK and PRK corneal refractive surgery for 4 years, where she served as a clinical director. After the 2017 solar eclipse, the local news in New Haven, CT, interviewed Dr. Egan on the potential dangers of viewing the eclipse without appropriate precautions. In 2020, she began collaborating with age-related macular degeneration research studies based in Ohio and shortly after rejoined primary eye care and Colorado Eye Center. She likes educating her patients about their eyes and ways to protect their vision. Dr. Egan lives in Arvada, CO, with her husband, Daniel. She enjoys gardening and hiking.

Gary Holtzman, OD

About Gary Holtzman, OD

Dr. Holtzman matriculated at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for undergraduate studies, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology in May 1988. Thereafter, he attended Southern College of Optometry, receiving his Doctor of Optometry in 1992. Since that time, he gained 27 years of experience in the field as a practicing optometrist, including building, running, and selling his own private practice in the Denver market, culminating in 2018 when he began work at Optical Masters. Dr. Holtzman is an exceptionally caring, skilled, and knowledgeable optometrist, and we’re excited to have him on the team!

Caroline Barajas, OD

About Caroline Barajas, OD

Dr. Barajas joined Colorado Eye Center in February 2019. She attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and received her Bachelor of Science in Biology as well as her Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She received clinical honors during her externships and remains an active member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Society. Dr. Barajas specializes in scleral and specialty contact lens fittings, as well as basic and comprehensive eye care.

Mark Coll, OD

About Mark Coll, OD

Dr. Coll attended Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma, WA, receiving a bachelor’s degree in biology. He then attended Pacific University College of Optometry. Graduating in 1991, he moved to North Texas and has been practicing here ever since. Dr. Coll is a licensed Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, able to diagnose and treat eye diseases and disorders. Other areas of interest include fitting contact lenses, including soft, RGP, astigmatism/toric, multifocal, and specialty scleral and hybrid lenses. In today’s modern society there is a diverse range of visual demands, for which Dr. Coll will help you customize treatment options that best serve your unique individual needs. Dr. Coll’s interests outside the clinic include weight training, movies, and he is an avid baseball fan.

Coley White, OD

Hi I’m Dr. Colay White O.D and I have been practicing optometry a little over 14 years in and around the Atlanta area. I received my Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Georgia State University in 2005, and my Doctoral degree from New England College of Optometry in 2010. I have been trained in a variety of areas of optometry including pediatrics, specialty contact lens fitting including gas permeable and hybrid lenses for kerataconic patients. I also studied at a Lasik center in which I have co managed patients having Lasik and PRK procedures. I have also worked with a number of ophthalmologist for co- management care post operatively for LRI’s, cataract, and corneal transplant procedures, and I currently work in a primary care setting which allows me to perform everything from routine eye and contact lens exams, to foreign body removal and management of care for dry eye and other common chronic conditions. I am very passionate about providing quality eye care to all and helping educate patients on all preventive care to help preserve their future eye health.
