Undergraduate Education - Louisiana State University 1998-2000, University of Alabama at Birmingham 2000-2002. Optometry School - University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry 2002-2006. Certifications / Awards - National Board of Optometry Certified 2006. Hobbies / Interests - Swimming, hiking, concerts, playing volleyball with my daughters and friends, playing games with friends, watching movies with my family. Dr. Chumbler comes to our practice with over 18 years of experience providing exceptional comprehensive eyecare. She graduated from The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry after completing her dual degrees in Science and Biology. She grew up in the south and loves warm weather and outdoor activities. She moved to Michigan upon marrying her husband, and they have two beautiful daughters. Dr. Chumbler and her family enjoy Michigan’s change of seasons and cheering on our Detroit Lions. She is very active with her daughters’ travel volleyball and softball teams and her family is often found enjoying the tree lighting in our community with their daughters singing in the Christmas choir. Dr. Chumbler is a caring doctor and extends her love for her profession in the detailed comprehensive care she provides to every patient she examines. She treats her patients like family and applies her expansive clinical experience in the care they receive. Dr. Chumbler provides eyecare for all ages and enjoys prescribing prism for patients who have eye muscle imbalances, problem solving patients eyecare needs, fitting complex contact lenses and providing management of ocular disease. Dr. Hernandez joined the MyEyeDoctor team in 2024. Dr. Hernandez graduated with honors from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2017 and moved to the Broken Arrow area. He enjoys traveling and spending time with his dogs. Dr. Hernandez and his wife live in Broken Arrow.Dr. Hernandez graduated from Northeastern State University College of Optometry with honors and won several awards for his disease and clinical management skills.

Ann Marie Spadafora, OD

About Ann Marie Spadafora, OD

Dr. Ann Spadafora has been providing comprehensive eyecare for over 25 years. She was awarded her Doctor of Optometry with High Distinction in 1993. Her studies offered her the opportunity to have rotations in Glaucoma management, Pediatric Eyecare, and Ocular Disease Management. Upon graduation from The Michigan College of Optometry (MCO), Dr. Spadafora enjoyed providing comprehensive eyecare for all generations while practicing at Henry Ford Optimeyes. This was especially true as she participated in the Infant See Program and provided eye care throughout Southeast Michigan with the Nursing Home Eyecare Group. In 2004, she was given the opportunity to practice at Ruijin University Hospital in Shanghai, China. She was the lead Optometrist for this internationally ranked hospital’s Eyecare Center. Upon returning to the States, she continued practicing at Henry Ford Optimeyes and served the Detroit community at their Main Campus. She is honored to continue Dr. Zak’s legacy in serving Clarkston and the surrounding neighborhoods for over 30 years. Dr. Spadafora’s husband, Paul, and her two daughters enjoy the time they spend biking and cheering on their Clarkston High School Wolves. Dr. Ann M. Dr. James Thirion joined MyEyeDr.in January of 2024. Dr. Thirion and his wife grew up in the Tulsa area, where they met while working their first job at McDonald’s while still in High School. After graduating and being recognized for outstanding clinical skills from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry with his Doctorate of Optometry, Dr. Thirion began working at Will Rogers Health Center in Nowata. Dr. Thirion has been recognized at National Meetings for projects he completed regarding amblyopia, identification of skin lesions, and contact lenses.

Dr. Lyes Souadi is a dedicated optometrist with a strong passion for providing exceptional eye care. A native of San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Souadi grew up with a love for sports, actively playing soccer and basketball throughout his youth. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Texas at San Antonio before pursuing his Doctor of Optometry degree at the University of the Incarnate Word School of Optometry. Dr. Souadi is committed to helping patients achieve and maintain optimal eye health. He combines his medical expertise with a personalized approach to care, ensuring each patient feels heard and supported. Outside of the office, Dr. Souadi enjoys spending time outdoors. Whether it’s hiking, fishing, or playing pickup soccer, he loves staying active and connected with nature. Dr. Schlesman is a primary eye care physician that specializes in cornea and contact lenses. Dr. Schlesman received her undergraduate degree from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida in 2019 where she played DII collegiate volleyball. She graduated from Indiana University School of Optometry in 2023. While in optometry school, Dr. Schlesman completed her externship training at The Villages VA Outpatient Clinic and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, the #1 Eye Hospital in the United States. She completed a residency in Primary Care with emphasis in Cornea and Contact Lenses at Nova Southeastern University College of Optometry, where she had extensive training in full-scope primary eye care as well as managing complex corneal conditions and performing contact lens fittings, including soft and all specialty contact lens types. She looks forward to taking care of all your eye care needs!

Bonnie Bradley, OD

Dr. Bradley is an optometrist in East Ellijay who provides complete eye care services to the surrounding communities. She graduated from North Georgia College and Southern College of Optometry. As a licensed optometrist, Dr. Bradley provides exams, diagnoses, and treatments for all disorders that affect the eye or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Bradley is also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. With this background, Dr. Bradley is trained to recognize a range of health issues, such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and hypertension. Dr. Bradley works hard to stay current on the latest eye health and vision care advances and regularly attends continuing education seminars and advanced training courses. Because of Dr. Bradley's dedication to continuing education, our East Ellijay patients receive the most modern and progressive vision care available. Dr. Bradley likes to travel and spend time with family in her free time.

Dr. Jessica Reiniger hails from Berks County. She attended Bloomsburg University and earned a Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Optometry with honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. She enjoys discovering the uniqueness of each patient, providing services and materials customized to their individual needs. Making patients feel comfortable is her priority. Dr. Reiniger’s special interests include pediatrics and dry eye care. When not seeing patients, she loves spending time with her husband and daughter with her Shih Tzu named Stella at the Jersey shore.
