Dr. Blake Hughes is a dedicated optometrist practicing at MyEyeDr. in Hurst, Texas. With a deep passion for patient care and a love for the challenging environment of the medical field, Dr. Hughes chose optometry to fulfill his desire to help people and make a difference in their lives. He recognizes the precious gift of sight and takes pride in assisting his patients achieve optimal vision. Dr. Hughes feels immensely blessed to be able to pursue his passion while also prioritizing quality time with his family. Dr. Hughes obtained his Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry in Houston, Texas, in 2006. Prior to that, he completed his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at Abilene Christian University in 2002. He is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and the Texas Optometric Association (TOA). Dr. Hughes’ exceptional patient care earned him multiple Clinical Letters of Excellence, and he was honored with the prestigious Gold Key Award for outstanding leadership. When he's not practicing optometry, Dr. Hughes cherishes the moments spent with his wife and their five children. He enjoys playing golf, traveling, cheering for the Texas Rangers baseball team, and attending church. Dr. Hughes considers it a great honor to serve the community where he grew up. His expertise ranges from the treatment and management of eye diseases, such as glaucoma and macular degeneration, to sports vision exams.

Jon Park, Optometrist specializes in contact lenses, vision correction, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Dr. Park, a Carrollton native, received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas-Austin in 1997. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2002 from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Park performed his internship, with an emphasis in primary care, at Quantico Naval Medical Clinic in Quantico, Virginia and at Sharp Eye Consultants in San Antonio, with a special emphasis in ocular disease. Dr. Park is a member of the Dallas County Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association and a member of the Irving Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Dr. Park enjoys golf, working out and watching football. He and his wife Hannah and three children live in Flower Mound.

About Kenneth Krivacic, OD

Dr. Krivacic attended University of Texas and The University of Houston. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1981 and MBA from Texas Tech University in 2011. He is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association and the North Texas Optometric Society. Dr. Krivacic is the current president of 1st Eyecare and long time member and treasure of the Irving Sunrise Rotary Club. He has also participated in the initial FDA studies for laser surgery. Dr. Krivacic’s hobbies include playing tennis and golf, as well as traveling. He enjoys spending time with his wife, Paige, and their English Bulldogs.

About Lori Obenauf, OD

Dr. Obenauf did her undergraduate work at Purdue University and received a Bachelor's of Science and her Doctorate of Optometry from Indiana University. Upon graduating, she started working in a primary care optometry practice in Tipton, Indiana for 2 years. She then worked for an ophthalmology practice in Indianapolis for 3 years where she did post operative cataract care and primary care eye exams. She is board certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease and a member of the Indiana optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. Dr. Obenauf works with all ages and enjoys fitting all types of contact lenses including more challenging fits for astigmatism and multifocal or bifocal lenses. Dr. Obenauf lives in Fishers where she and her husband have raised their three children. When not at work she enjoys jogging with her dog, visiting her older kids at college and spending time with family.
