In my spare time, I enjoy music, wood working, DIY projects, art, design, landscaping, gardening ,reading ,bicycling ,tennis, automotive projects, fishing, boating, and testing new gadgets. My favorite part of helping my patients is upgrading their vision potential.

The reason I became an optometrist is: I decided on optometry at an early age in high school. I enjoyed science and got glasses/contacts at that time which sparked my own interest. I was taking a careers elective in high school and was able to shadow a local optometrist for the day. I was hooked from then on. I enjoyed the interaction with people plus the joy it brings people to see their very best for sometimes the first time. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Seeing them back year after year and the relationship that is built over time. I have seen children grow up and new additions to families and giving them their best sight brings a lot of joy for me. In my spare time, I enjoy: I have two daughters ,8 and 6, and we enjoy time together bike riding, hiking, and swimming. I also enjoy quality time with my family and close friends.

My favorite part of helping my patients is: Meeting a broad range of interesting individuals, and helping them meet, or exceed, their vision needs. In my spare time, I enjoy: My Family, my dog, water sports, and home renovation!

The reason I became an optometrist is: I love to help people - and what better way to do it than by giving the gift of sight and preserving their eye health. My favorite part of helping my patients is: I love all of it, but making those lifelong personal connections is at the top of the list! In my spare time, I enjoy: Baseball; Reading; Beach; Time with family and friends.

I was experiencing a certain level of misery! My father's optometrist agreed to meet us at his office on a Sunday evening. After examining me on some cool equipment and putting in a couple drops, he everted my lid and removed a piece of sawdust. There was immediate relief from misery! I have never forgotten his kindness nor the resulting satisfaction! I looked into the profession and never looked back. My favorite part of helping my patients is the fact that they leave here with a problem solved after a pleasant experience. In my spare time, I enjoy my Son and his soccer, surfing, fishing, the outdoors, animals, birds, trees, cooking, and sports.
