  • WHAT CAN I EXPECT WHEN I ARRIVE AT A MYEYEDR. OFFICE?

Our doors are open for your vision needs.

Masks are required for all patients during eye exams. If you do not have a mask, we will provide one for you.

If you are fully vaccinated and are visiting to pick up or browse eyewear, you are not required to wear a mask as advised by the CDC. If you are not vaccinated, masks are required to enter.

  • ARE THERE STEPS IN PLACE TO MONITOR PATIENTS AND ASSOCIATES?

The safety of our patients, associates, and communities we serve is our number one priority. Doctors and associates will be masked, have their temperatures monitored and will be required to answer COVID-19 specific questions.

  • WHAT SPECIFIC STEPS HAVE YOU TAKEN REGARDING THE OFFICE SPACE?

We’ve implemented a COVID-19 specific protocol. This protocol includes disinfecting instruments, thoroughly cleaning all surfaces and sanitizing eyewear between patients. Our patients, doctors and associates are provided personal protective equipment (PPE).

If you are visiting the office for an eye exam, we require you to wear a mask and sanitize your hands. Additionally, if you are not vaccinated, you will be required to wear a mask. Masks are optional for all vaccinated visitors who are not receiving an eye exam, as advised by the CDC.
