I broke my glasses, what do I do?

We will do our best to order a duplicate pair of glasses for you pending availability of lab services and frame supply. Please reach out to our patient relations teams at 866.693.9336 for assistance. 

 

My order is supposed to be ready; how will I get my eyeglasses and/or contacts?

We are dedicated to fulfilling your order as best we can during these times. For your convenience, we can ship your contact lenses directly to your home.
