Prioritizing patients' needs and their visual health is my way of helping them live their best lives. Comprehensive exams, diabetic exams, and medical vision care are some ways that I ensure that my patients get the best eye care possible. Hobbies/Interests: Traveling, running, and eating new cuisines.

How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? By providing comprehensive eye exams for adults and children that suit their individual needs. Routine wellness exams, diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting, binocular visual dysfunctions, and ocular disease management, to list a few. As she looks to further improve the quality of care she provides, Dr. Oleksiv is currently pursuing her functional medicine certification with the Institute of Functional Medicine. Hobbies/Interests: Skiing, hiking, dancing, trying out new recipes.

Huge fan of growing plants and getting outside. My partner and I like to ride bikes too.

Professional Achievements and Associations: Colorado Optometric Association; American Optometric Association; Key person for the Colorado Optometric Association 1999. Clinical Certifications and Specialties: Certified to fit Corneal Refractive Lenses. I diagnose and treat glaucoma and we have the special equipment to follow retinal diseases that do not currently require treatment. The reason I became an optometrist is: I like to help people. I like the specialized equipment. As optometrists we make patients’ lives better every day. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Seeing patients every year. I know what’s happening with their eyes, but also in their lives. In my spare time, I enjoy: My husband, Australian shepherd and I like to hike and ski.

Master’s in Bioengineering from Drexel University. Doctorate of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. I have a passion for patient health education. I enjoy providing comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting, and ocular disease management. Some of my hobbies include Skiing, hiking, biking and traveling.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, hiking, and camping. My favorite part of helping my patients is solving a visual problem they have that has not been successfully treated before.

Dr. Oudompradith, simply known as "Dr. O" to his patients, was born and raised in the Richardson area and is excited to return home to care for his community. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Texas at Austin (Hook 'em!) before he went on to graduate summa cum laude from the University of Houston College of Optometry. During his time in optometry school, he received multiple awards, including clinical letters of excellence from attending faculty for three consecutive semesters, the CooperVision Contact Lens Clinical Excellence Award, and the Ocular Instruments Excellence Award. He was also a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa (BSK) National Optometry Honor Society, where he earned the BSK scholarship two years in a row. His clinical interests are in specialty contact lenses and ocular disease, but when he's not changing lives "1 or 2" at a time, Dr. O enjoys exploring local restaurants and coffee shops or binge-watching Korean dramas and anime on Netflix.

What drives your passion for optometry? Proper care and through exams save lives. How are you helping patients live their best lives? Enabling patients to live healthier and see clearer. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? Listening to patients needs and concerns and addressing those. Patients, many places often feel as though they are being treated as just numbers moving quickly through a standard process, but not here under our care. How are you impacting your local community? Mentoring men to keep families together and being fathers. Hobbies/Interests: Hydroponics and gardening.

Dr. Casey Packer is a certified optometric glaucoma specialist and therapeutic optometrist in Greenville, South Carolina. He was born in Texas but recently relocated with his family to the Upstate. He earned a biology degree from the University of Texas at Austin. He then enrolled in the University of Houston's four-year Doctor of Optometry program. He completed rotations at one of the largest optometry practices in Austin and then another rotation at St. Erik’s Eye Hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. After moving back to Austin, he opened a private practice. His training specialized in ocular disease, keratoconus, dry eye syndrome, glaucoma, pediatrics, and custom contact lens fitting. Dr. Packer continues to volunteer services throughout the community and internationally. Those services include medical mission trips to Peru, Ecuador, and Mexico.

Biology, Certificate in Scientific Writing; Optometry School: Pennsylvania College of Optometry; Professional Achievements and Associations: Past President of the Coastal Optometric Society and current member, current President of the Beaufort County Board of Health and serving second 9 year term, past member of Doctors Vision Center Board; Clinical Certifications and Specialities: Primary Care Optometry; The reason I became an optometrist is because my father was an Optometrist, so I saw first hand his dedication and love for the profession and how it was truly a privilege to be a part of something bigger. The unique opportunity to help patients in the county I love and grew up in is even more special. So blessed and happy to practice here. My favorite part of helping my patients is the smile on a patient’s face when you can make a difference for them visually and the appreciation they have knowing we can be a team together impacting their overall health. In my spare time, I enjoy anything to be near my family; church, being a part of my community, as well as boating, golf, running and ECU athletics.

Dr. Amanda Paige earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology with minors in chemistry and philosophy from the University of Redlands, before receiving her Doctor of Optometry degree from Western University of Health Sciences College of Optometry. She has completed rotations at VA Long Beach and VA Wm. Jennings Bryan Dorn in Columbia, South Carolina, where she gained extensive experience with ocular disease and glaucoma. Dr. Paige is also passionate about specialty contact lenses and dry eye treatment. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her husband, rock climbing, skiing, traveling, and kayaking.

Dr. Palo earned his Doctor of Optometry and Vision Science degree with clinical honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in 2011, following a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Human Nutrition from North Carolina State University in 2006. He went on to complete a residency in Primary Care Optometry at the W.G. (Bill) Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. During his residency, Dr. Palo not only provided advanced clinical care but also delivered educational lectures to local physicians on topics ranging from anterior and posterior segment diseases to neuro-ophthalmic conditions. He also dedicated time to community outreach by providing eye exams to underserved populations in Wake County. Following residency, Dr. Palo served as an associate optometrist in eastern North Carolina before taking on the role of Medical Director at a large multi centered practice in Pennsylvania. In 2016, he returned to his home state of North Carolina to form The Eye Institute, where he focuses his practice on comprehensive care and ocular surface disease management. He has served as an expert witness for multiple cases in North Carolina and started his own frame line for The Eye Institute in 2018. Dr. Palo is an active member of the American Optometric Association and he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Outside the clinic, Dr. Palo enjoys traveling and staying active through Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, swimming, and biking.

Jon Park, Optometrist specializes in contact lenses, vision correction, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Dr. Park, a Carrollton native, received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas-Austin in 1997. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2002 from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Park performed his internship, with an emphasis in primary care, at Quantico Naval Medical Clinic in Quantico, Virginia and at Sharp Eye Consultants in San Antonio, with a special emphasis in ocular disease. Dr. Park is a member of the Dallas County Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association and a member of the Irving Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Dr. Park enjoys golf, working out and watching football. He and his wife Hannah and three children live in Flower Mound.
