My number one priority is to deliver exceptional service to my patients. I always want the patients to feel they can call on me for any concern they have with their eyes. Dr. Jason W. Cole grew up in the small paper mill town of Evadale, TX. He graduated from Lamar University in 2002 with a degree in chemistry. He spent three years in the petrochemical field before he decided to pursue a career in Optometry. He then attended the University of Houston where he earned his Doctorate of Optometry in 2009 and immediately joined the TSO Midcounty group in Port Arthur, TX upon graduation. When asked about his work, Dr. Cole replies, "Optometry is such a great profession. I get to go to work every day and help people see. It's a pretty great job." Family is one of the highest priorities in his life and it shows in how he treats his patients.

By providing eye care services for our community that cannot afford it through Keller ISD, House of Peach, Philip’s Wish, and other local charities. The reason I became an optometrist is: My vision was very poor as a kid through school and wore glasses from an early age. I remember seeing leaves on trees for the first time with my first pair of glasses and thought it would be an interesting job when I got older. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Helping kids see, both for their self-esteem and their athletic abilities. Helping adults live their best life with good vision and healthy eyes. In my spare time, I enjoy: Outdoors: Camping, Hiking, Hunting, Boating, Scuba Diving. Indoors: Piano, Computer VR, Pen Turning.

The reason I became an optometrist is: help my patients see their best, and to further their health and well-being. My favorite part of helping my patients is: working with people. In my spare time, I enjoy: time with my family, also my furry friends. I am a CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocate) for a foster child in Howard County, Maryland. I'm an avid reader and book club member. I have fostered for a local animal shelter, and plan to continue with that.

In my spare time, I enjoy music, wood working, DIY projects, art, design, landscaping, gardening ,reading ,bicycling ,tennis, automotive projects, fishing, boating, and testing new gadgets. My favorite part of helping my patients is upgrading their vision potential.

Sight is one of the most indispensable senses. I love helping patients experience life with the clearest vision possible. How are you helping patients live their best lives? By helping them achieve the best vision for their daily needs and activities. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? Ensuring the happiness and satisfaction of all patients. How are you impacting your local community? By educating patients of the importance of annual eye exams for the health of the eyes, not just updating their prescription. Hobbies/Interests: Spending time with my son, Colton, and the rest of my family.

Dr. Cosenza began his academic journey at Quinnipiac University, where he earned an Associate of Science degree. He was then offered early entry into the New England College of Optometry, where he completed his Bachelor of Optometry and Doctor of Optometry degrees. After completing his education, Dr. Cosenza practiced with Ophthalmology Associates PC for three years in Fairfield, CT. He then co-founded Vision Group with Dr. Robert Blake, expanding the practice to three offices. OptiCare PC, a Connecticut-based multidisciplinary eye care provider, later acquired Vision Group. Following the sale of Vision Group, Dr. Cosenza consulted and practiced with several optometric practices across Connecticut, primarily Professional Vision Center in Meriden. Over the past five years.he has served on staff at Eyecare Associates in Fairfield, CT, delivering high-quality patient care. Dr. Cosenza has now joined MyEyeDr, where he is excited to accept new patients at both the Fairfield and Westport locations. I have been providing comprehensive eye exams for both adults and children , as well as diabetic eye exams. Contact lens fittings and evaluations and ocular disease management. The reason I became an optometrist is: I am a people person and optometric physician is a good people/medical profession. Its not as intense as other medical professions and there is usually not as much pain distress for patients. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Solving a systemic problem or disease by listening to the patient carefully and observing the ocular finds. Love to be the first doctor to put the puzzle pieces together to help the patient solve a problem. In my spare time, I enjoy: Restoring old sports cars, Restoring vintage air streams, and motor coaches.
