Sarah E. Thompson grew up in the Chicago area. She received her undergraduate degree from Purdue University and went on to fulfill her professional degree at Indiana University School of Optometry. She then moved to Denver in June 2005 to begin her optometric career. Dr. Thompson appreciates working in a private practice setting where she can focus on patient education and quality eye care. She is trained to perform comprehensive eye examinations, co-manage cataract and laser surgeries, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, fit a variety of contact lenses, perform pediatric examinations, and treat dry or red eyes. In her spare time, Dr. Thompson enjoys spending time with her husband and two children.

How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? I have always thought Optometry was a unique way to provide a helping hand directly into the everyday lives of others. With that in mind, I strive to help patients by providing comprehensive eye exams to make sure they leave with the best vision possible. Hobbies: I enjoy hanging out with friends/family, dancing, gaming, and consuming music/media from other countries (particularly Korean pop music and dramas)!

How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? By providing personalized care to patients of all ages. Including diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting, glaucoma evaluation, pediatric eye exams and ocular disease management. Hobbies/Interests: Spending time with my husband & two young sons (Jack & Clark), home improvement projects, going on walks with our Wheaten Terrier (Oreck) and cooking.

Dr. Till graduated from Indiana School of Optometry in 2017. While in school he was a Dean’s Scholar and focused his research on concussions and involuntary eye movements. This experience allowed him to combine his passion for athletics with optometric care. He was also a research assistant in the Optics Research Lab and learned a tremendous amount about the various properties of different contact lenses, particularly in relation to dry eyes. Dr. Till completed external rotations at the Dorn VA Medical Center, Huntington VA Medical Center, Quantico Naval Health Care Center, and Indianapolis Eye Care Center. While on rotations he received extensive training in comprehensive medical optometry and contact lenses. Dr. Till lives in Indianapolis with his wife, Chelsea, and his two sons, Jack and Clark. In his free time, he enjoys doing projects around the house, playing guitar, and playing with their dog, Oreck.

Dr. Frederick Tillman graduated from Albany Junior College with an Associate of Arts Degree in 1976. He attended the University of Georgia beginning in 1976 and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in 1979. Dr. Tillman received a Doctor of Optometry Degree in 1981 from Southern College of Optometry. Dr. Tillman had a private practice in Thompson, GA, from 1981 to 1982 and then in Brunswick, GA, from 1982 to 1985. He and his family moved to Carrollton in 1985, and he has had a successful practice here for nearly 40 years. He and his wife, Sally, have three children, Beth, Walt, and Sara Claudia, and two grandchildren, Charlie and Naomi.

Dr. Todd received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign and her Doctorate of Optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. A member of the American Optometric Association and the Connecticut Association of Optometrists, Dr. Todd has been practicing for over 20 years, specializing in dry eye disease, specialized contact fittings, including toric and multifocal lenses, and emergency eye care. She has been a speaker and contributor to many ophthalmic and optometric audiences and journals on the topics of dry eye disease and contact lenses.

The reason I became an optometrist is: I started wearing glasses and contacts at a young age and always thought the eye was interesting. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Is being able to make a difference in their lives by providing better vision. In my spare time, I enjoy: Playing all types of sports and being outside as much as possible.

Dr. Toyzer is an optometrist in Havertown providing complete eye care services for the surrounding communities. Dr. Barry J. Toyzer specializes in pediatric, family eye care and hard to fit contact lenses. His particular area of interest is in the field of Myopia Management and Orthokeratology. Dr. Toyzer has over four decades of experience in the field of optometry and is known for his excellence in patient care. Patients come to him from many counties in Philadelphia and the surrounding area. He received his Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with honors from Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1983 and then went on to complete his residency in Pediatric Optometry and Binocular Vision. Dr. Toyzer provides a variety of general and specialized eye and vision services, including routine eye exams, children's eye exams, prescription eyeglasses, contact lenses and LASIK management. He also attends to eye and vision difficulties experienced by patients with chronic medical conditions like diabetes and hypertension. He is also an expert in custom made, specialty, hard-to-fit contact lenses for patients who have experienced difficulty before with contacts. You can choose between rigid gas-permeable lenses, daily-wear soft lenses, extended-wear disposable lenses, and planned replacement lenses. And for those who prefer not to wear glasses or contact lenses, Dr. Toyzer performs full eye exams to evaluate whether you’re a good candidate for the LASIK procedure and arranges for a suitable referral for surgery. The subsequent follow-up is completed at his clinic. Dr. Toyzer is known for his one-on-one approach. He strives to keep you well informed about your vision and eye condition and provides patients with a wide range of options to fit a broad range of individual budgets and styles. When he is not spending time with his patients, Dr. Toyzer loves photography and skiing. He is also a huge Eagles fan.

Binh James Tran, O.D. was born and raised south of the DFW metroplex. He attended The University of Texas at Arlington and graduated with his Bachelor of Science in Biology. Afterward, he attended the University of Houston College of Optometry. With an interest in enhancing the vision and well-being of his patients, Dr. Tran wants to ensure he practices with compassion and genuine concern for individual needs. In his free time, he enjoys going on runs, hiking, and finding new ways to stay active to counteract his love for food. While in DFW, you will find him playing pickleball and searching for delicious cuisines to try as he attempts to eat his way through the DFW food scene.

Dr. Tran completed their undergraduate education at the University of Texas at Arlington before earning their Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry. Passionate about providing exceptional eye care, Dr. Tran is dedicated to improving patients' vision and overall ocular health. Outside of optometry, Dr. Tran enjoys staying active through running, swimming, rock climbing, and hiking. She also has a creative side, spending time on crafts and cooking.
