Dr. Amanda Bloomberg grew up in Cypress, TX. After graduating from Langham Creek High School, she attended Texas A&M University where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology in 2012. Dr. Bloomberg then went on to receive her doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She finished optometry school with honors in May 2016 licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma Optometric Specialist. Dr. Bloomberg enjoys relaxing with family and friends, watching Aggie sports, camping, and traveling. She is excited to return to the Bryan/College Station area with her husband to serve its citizens.

Dr. Brad Bloomberg graduated from the Illinois College of Optometry in 1988 with a Doctor of Optometry Degree. He received his bachelor’s degree from Hiram College in 1977 and completed an additional bachelor’s degree in visual sciences at the Illinois College of Optometry in 1985. Dr. Bloomberg is a 2nd generation optometrist. His father, Dr. Cecil Bloomberg, started the first Bloomberg Eye Clinic in the Youngstown area in 1978. Dr. Brad Bloomberg currently serves as Chief Professional Officer and medical director for Bloomberg Eyecare in Ohio, and Riverfront Eyecare and Primary Eyecare in Michigan. Dr. Bloomberg resides in Boardman, Ohio, with his wife, Judy.

The reason I became an optometrist is: To make a difference in people's daily lives by helping them achieve their best vision. In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with family.

In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with my wife, Cooking, Music, Golf, Tennis, Pickle ball, Helping others.

Education: University of Wisconsin – Madison, Illinois College of Optometry Since moving to Illinois from Wisconsin over 20 years ago, Neil Boldus has proudly adapted to becoming a Chicagoan. When he’s not busy bringing vision to the masses, Neil works on his golf game, but never seems to improve. As a Doctor of Optometry, Neil has a knack for difficult contact lens fits, taking the time and care to improve your vision. He realizes that not all eyes are created equal and will faithfully match your eyes with the correct product. His best tip for your eyes? Wear sunglasses. They protect your eyes and the face around them from damaging UV rays. They’re not just for being cool.

Clinical Certifications & Specialties: Completed Residency in Primary Care with emphasis is Pediatrics and Binocular Vision. What drives your passion for optometry? Having the ability to literally change how people see the world as I care for my patients. How are you helping patients live their best lives? Finding the optimum, individualized solution to allow my patients to live their best lives without being hindered by their vision or ocular health. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? Addressing every patient need, big or small, with the care and consideration they deserve. How are you impacting your local community? Active participant in my church's praise team. Hobbies/Interests: playing drums and guitar, enjoying time with my wife and 2 sons, hoping to see the Lions and Tigers win.

I played travel softball for 10+ years. I enjoy traveling, and I have been to 27 states and 8 countries. I plan on visiting more. I love reading and crocheting in my free time.

Dr. Tracey Boss is a highly experienced optometrist with over 25 years of dedicated clinical practice. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry and completed her undergraduate studies at Cornell University. Dr. Boss specializes in pediatric eye care and neuro-optometry, providing advanced, compassionate care to patients with complex visual and neurological conditions. Her clinical expertise and commitment to the profession led to her appointment to both the Maryland State Board of Optometry and the National Board of Examiners in Optometry, where she has contributed to shaping high standards in eye-care practice and licensure. A proud Maryland resident, Dr. Boss enjoys living and working in the community she serves, and cherishes time spent with her family. She is passionate about helping patients of all ages achieve their best possible vision and eye health.

Dr. Jacqueline “Jacquie” Bowen grew up in Helena, Montana, and attended the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD. She became an eye doctor upon graduating in 1992 from Southern California College of Optometry and completed her residency in Ocular Disease at Omni Eye Specialists in Denver. Following her residency in 1993 she purchased an optometry practice in Greeley, which developed into the current See Life Family Vision, now partnered with MyEyeDr. Dr. Bowen proudly served on the Colorado Optometric Association Board of Trustees for 7 years, holding the office of President during 2003-04, and she currently serves on the Board of Trustees of the American Optometric Association, the fourth Coloradoan in the organization’s 100+ year history to do so. Dr. Bowen is anticipating her AOA Presidency in 2025. Dr. Bowen was honored as Colorado’s Young Optometrist of the Year in 2000, and as Colorado’s Optometrist of the Year for 2012. She has maintained Fellowship in the American Academy of Optometry since 1995. In 2013 Dr. she became one of the first optometrists in Colorado to become Board Certified bt the American Board of Optometry. Her hobbies & activities include church involvement, several philanthropic organizations in the community, and involvement in the Greeley arts community. She and her husband have been singing members of the Greeley Chorale since 1993. They are proud parents of two adult sons and enjoy time with family through music, skiing, walking, and traveling, especially to the ocean!

Dr. John Bowen is from Sulphur Springs, Texas. He received his B.S. degree at the University of Houston and doctorate from the University of Houston College of Optometry. He completed an internship at the Orlando Eye Foundation where great emphasis was placed on ocular disease and pre- & post-op care of LASER surgery and cataract patients. He is also certified as a Optometric Glaucoma Specialist by the Texas Board of Optometry. Dr. Bowen and his wife have owed a private practice in Flower Mound since 1998 and he enjoys fitting specialty contact lenses, treating eye diseases, working with low vision patients, and training patients with binocularity disorders. His hobbies include sailing, camping, and spending time with his wife and 2 grown sons.

Dr. Lisa Bowen grew up in both Houston, Texas and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She obtained her B.S. from the University of Houston and later completed her doctorate at the University of Houston College of Optometry. She has received special training in pediatric developmental optometry with Dr. Jerome Rosner. She also completed an internship at the Orlando Eye Foundation focusing on ocular disease. She and her husband have owed a private practice in Flower Mound since 1998 where she has enjoyed getting to know her patients over the years. Dr. Bowen enjoys primary care, pediatrics, and treatment of eye diseases. She is certified by the Texas Board of Optometry as an Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. Her interests include spending time with her husband and 2 grown sons and camping.

Undergraduate Education: North Carolina State University. Optometry School: University of Pikeville-Kentucky College of Optometry. How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? By providing full-scope medical comprehensive eye care and addressing each patient’s individual ocular and visual needs. This includes pediatrics, ocular disease, contact lenses and diabetic eye care. Hobbies/Interests: weightlifting, reading, and spending time with family.

Undergraduate Education: Georgia Southern University, Bachelor of Science in biology with a minor in chemistry. Optometry School: University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Professional Achievements and Associations: American Optometric Association, Alabama Optometric Association, and Birmingham Area Optometric Society. The reason I became an optometrist is: Because when I was younger my dad was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and the diagnosis was initiated by his optometrist. That's when I realized that optometry is more than glasses and contacts. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Finding the best solution for their visual needs. In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with my family and friends, hiking/being outdoors with my goldendoodle, Gryff, traveling domestically and internationally, and attending sporting events- specifically cheering on the Atlanta Falcons, Atlanta Braves, and all Georgia Southern athletics.

Dr. Boyette completed additional externship training in ocular disease at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in Albuquerque, NM. She has special interest in the treatment of glaucoma, macular degeneration, and corneal disease. She is a board certified optometric physician. Dr. Boyette is a member of the American Optometric Association, Arkansas Optometric Association, and the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. She and her husband, Jennings, have two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, going to the lake, exercising, travel, and rooting for the Razorbacks.

Dr. Phillip Boykin graduated from Campbell University in 2010, and then optometry school at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia in 2014. He grew up in Eastern North Carolina and currently reside in Durham. He worked for MED out of school for 5 years and now have returned in a hybrid role: seeing patients in the triangle area half the week in person, while seeing patients all across North Carolina the other half, using our remote optometry platform. He loves being able to serve the entire state using this new technology, especially the smaller towns. He has two small children Finn, 4 and Hattie, 2 and a lovely wife Lindsay.

Undergraduate Education: University of Delaware. Optometry School: Illinois College of Optometry, Cum Laude, Diplomate ABO. How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? By providing individualized care to each patient, working together with them so that we can come up with vision solutions that work best for their lifestyle and leave them feeling confident and comfortable. Hobbies: Flying, motorcycles, tractors.
