Dr. Allison Price is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Texas A&M University in College Station. She received her Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry where she graduated in the top 10% of her class. She is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist in the State of Texas and a Optometric Glaucoma Specialists. In addition, she is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Texas Optometric Association, Arlington Kappa Alpha Theta Alumni Association, Arlington Junior League, and an active member of First United Methodist Church of Arlington. Dr. Price did her externship in Plano, TX and Morrow, GA where she gained experience in the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases such as cataracts, diabetes, and macular degeneration. Drs. Daniel and Allison are the proud parents of two beautiful children.

Dr. Daniel Price attended the University of Georgia where he received his degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology. He received his Doctor of Optometry from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. He is licensed as a Therapeutic Optometrist and a Optometric Glaucoma Specialists, and belongs to the American Optometric Association and Texas Optometric Association. Dr. Price is also an active member of First United Methodist Church of Arlington. His specialty is contact lenses and ocular disease due to the extensive training on his externs in Marietta and Morrow, Georgia. Drs. Daniel and Allison Price are the proud parents of two beautiful children.

Dr. Samantha Price earned her undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University before continuing her education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. After graduation, she spent her career studying advanced eye conditions, specializing in low vision services and devices. Today, she is a board-certified optometrist with a focus on low vision and a range of ocular diseases, and she loves working with your entire family. In addition to providing comprehensive eye exams, she is a low-vision specialist, an expert in diagnosing and treating eye diseases, and performs neurovisual medicine for patients struggling with vision-related symptoms from concussions and other brain injuries. Dr. Price is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association. A native of Minersville, PA, Dr. Price brings a hometown feel and eye care experience like no other, with personalized appointments and attentive service. As a low vision specialist, she helps patients regain lost vision who have struggled with other eye doctors, whether due to macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, or other vision-limiting conditions.

Being able to help people preserve and improve their vision is exciting and rewarding! How are you helping patients live their best lives? Every patient visit is an opportunity to help people improve their quality of life. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? Being able to help people improve their quality of life by enhancing and protecting their sight. How are you impacting your local community? Being available to serve my community by being available for emergency visits, red eye visits as well as routine eye care. Hobbies/Interests: I love spending time with my wife and boys, and am a sports car enthusiast.

Dr. Catherine Pusateri graduated magna cum laude from the University of Scranton in 2021 earning her undergraduate degree in Exercise Science. She went on to graduate with a Doctor of Optometry degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 2025. Throughout her clinical training, she completed externships in ocular disease, contact lens, and pediatric clinics, including a rotation at the Providence Veterans Affairs Medical Center in RI. On her externships she developed significant expertise in the diagnosis and management of conditions such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration. Her clinical excellence was recognized with honors during her externship rotations. Dr. Pusateri is passionate about both medical and routine eye care, and takes particular interest in building lasting relationships with her patients. She is a member of the American Optometric Association. Outside of her profession, she enjoys spending time outdoors and participating in group fitness classes. She is excited to begin this next chapter of her life as a new resident of Louisville.

Undergraduate Education: Augustana College. Optometry School: Illinois College of Optometry. How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? We provide eyecare and eyeglasses to children in need in the community through the school district and have been a longstanding neighborhood practice including seeing Northwestern University student athletes. Hobbies/Interests: I love spending as much time outdoors during the warmer months with my two little kids bike riding and gardening (them digging in the dirt) and taking pictures of our adventures.

Dr. Beth Pyle-Smith always knew that she wanted to be a doctor.  She had narrowed her choices down to marine biology or optometry, but ultimately she decided that she enjoyed helping people more than fish.  (Good thing for us, yet she still has a fondness for tall ships.)  She graduated from UC Riverside in 1989 with a Bachelors Degree in Biology.  She was accepted into optometry school before finishing her first week of her senior year in undergraduate studies. She attended the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton, CA, graduating in 1993.  She then moved to Phoenix, AZ where she worked for almost 8 years providing geriatric medical eye care.   After a mission trip to Guatemala with Dr. Jim Frank, she then joined his practice in 2001.  This opportunity allowed her to get back to her love of pediatric optometry.  The practice relocated west to Avondale two years later and became Estrella Eye Care.  It became a practice where we see infants to seniors, taking care of the whole family’s eye care needs.  In 2013, she accomplished a major milestone and became Board Certified as a Diplomat of the American Board of Optometry.  She loves seeing the patients that have been coming to the office for years and enjoys making new friends with the first-timers. Her goal is to make sure every patient sees the best they can, receive the best eye care, educate each patient about their eye concerns, and have fun in the process. In addition to running a busy practice, she has been on the Executive Board of the Arizona Optometric Association since 2012 and was its President.  And if you thought that wasn’t enough, she is happily married to her husband, Bill, for over 20 years who has supported her along this life’s journey.  They have two great teenage kids who are both busy in club swim, school, electronics, and friends. They take care of her father-in-law who lives with them as well.  They have two Dobermans and have a flock of hens and never shall the two meet!  And if she has any spare time, she will work on her family genealogy, can fruits and vegetables or play games on her iPad.  One of these days, you might see her asleep at her desk…if so, just nod your head in understanding and toss a few coins in her vacation jar!  She looks forward to what’s next on her journey and thanks for being part of the ride!

Dr. Azaleea, a highly skilled optometrist and dry eye specialist, was born in Romania and immigrated to the United States at the age of seven. She graduated from the University of California - Davis with a bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences and a minor in Italian. Dr. Azaleea earned her doctorate in optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry in 2018. During her time at ICO, Dr. Azaleea trained in various practice settings, with a strong focus on medical optometry. She received high-level medical optometry training at the Hershel Williams VA, where she gained extensive experience in managing complex eye conditions. She also completed clinical rotations at the Illinois Eye Institute, Rosenbloom Center on Vision and Aging, and Cascade Vision Center. Her training at the Rosenbloom Center on Vision and Aging and Cascade Vision Center puts her in a unique position to care for the aging population and manage age-related eye conditions, such as cataract surgery, dry eyes, glaucoma, diabetes, and age-related macular degeneration. Through her studies, Dr. Azaleea developed a passion for specialty contact lenses, dry eye treatment, and ocular disease management. She is committed to providing comprehensive and individualized eye care to all her patients. Dr. Azaleea is also actively involved in myopia management, working at a state-of-the-art myopia control clinic that utilizes the latest technologies to protect and enhance the vision of young patients. Residing in Chicago, Dr. Azaleea enjoys spending her free time outdoors, exploring different parks around the city, discovering new coffee shops, and trying new restaurants. She also enjoys relaxing at home with her two cats, Luna and Ollivander.

Raised in Buffalo, NY Graduated from Niagara University in 2018- Bachelors of Science - Biology Graduated from University of Alabama-Birmingham School of Optometry in 2025 Graduated from University of Alabama-Birmingham Collat School of Business with MBA in 2025 Hobbies include Ice Hockey, Lacrosse, Golf, relaxing with my puppy, and the Buffalo Bills!
