Dr. Oudompradith, known simply as Dr. O to his patients earned a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology with a minor in sociology at the University of Texas at Austin before completing his Doctor of Optometry degree summa cum laude at the University of Houston College of Optometry. During his time in school, he was recognized with multiple honors, including the Ocular Instruments Excellence Award, CooperVision’s Contact Lens Clinical Excellence Award, and received clinical letters of excellence for three consecutive semesters from attending faculty. He was also inducted into the Beta Sigma Kappa National Honor Society. Outside of the clinic, Dr. O enjoys exploring new coffee shops in search of the best Vietnamese coffee or hojicha latte, trying out new restaurants, playing badminton, or watching kdramas.

Professional Achievements and Associations: 2 trips to Nicaragua to provide vision care; 39-year member of the A.O.A.; 7 years as an adjunct professor for P.C.O. teaching 4 th years students in my office. Clinical Certifications and Specialties: I value my Otho Keratology and scleral lens practice. The reason I became an optometrist is: I am the third generation of Optometrists in my family and have always admired those that precede me. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Listening carefully then just doing my best for them. In my spare time, I enjoy: Building fine furniture. Home repairs-first mine, now my son's. I converted a 1975 Porsche 914 to electric 12 years ago and am constantly improving its performance as technology advances.

Patients, many places often feel as though they are being treated as just numbers moving quickly through a standard process, but not here under our care. How are you impacting your local community? Mentoring men to keep families together and being fathers. Hobbies/Interests: Hydroponics and gardening.

The unique opportunity to help patients in the county I love and grew up in is even more special. So blessed and happy to practice here. My favorite part of helping my patients is the smile on a patient’s face when you can make a difference for them visually and the appreciation they have knowing we can be a team together impacting their overall health. In my spare time, I enjoy anything to be near my family; church, being a part of my community, as well as boating, golf, running and ECU athletics.

Jon Park, Optometrist specializes in contact lenses, vision correction, and the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases. Dr. Park, a Carrollton native, received his B.A. in Biology from the University of Texas-Austin in 1997. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 2002 from the University of Houston College of Optometry. Dr. Park performed his internship, with an emphasis in primary care, at Quantico Naval Medical Clinic in Quantico, Virginia and at Sharp Eye Consultants in San Antonio, with a special emphasis in ocular disease. Dr. Park is a member of the Dallas County Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association and American Optometric Association and a member of the Irving Chamber of Commerce. In his free time, Dr. Park enjoys golf, working out and watching football. He and his wife Hannah and three children live in Flower Mound.

What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? Ensuring patients trust the care they have received and are comfortable returning to us in the coming years. How are you impacting your local community? I am involved in my local food bank and community outreach. Hobbies/Interests: I am an amateur long distance runner and we have a small farm with cows and horses.

By providing thorough comprehensive eye exams with specific focus on management of dry eye, diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Professional Achievements and Associations: American Optometric Association, Indiana Optometric Association. The reason I became an optometrist is: Growing up, I was always at the eye doctor. Many times, I can relate to what my patients are going through because of my own vision history. By helping people see, I feel like I am making a difference in their lives. My favorite part of helping my patients is: I like developing lasting relationships with my patients. Some I have seen for a few years. I know their families, and they know mine as well. By providing comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, diabetic eye exams and contact lens fitting. The reason I became an optometrist is: I enjoy making a difference in the lives of others. It is incredible that with just a pair of glasses a child’s focus and academic success can be dramatically improved. It is amazing that with a comprehensive eye exam we can detect early signs of systemic conditions and can save the lives of many. The eyes are truly a window to the health and wellbeing of a person. I provide exceptional eye care to every patient in my exam chair. I focus on listening, understanding, and addressing each patient’s concerns to maintain the utmost quality of personalized care. Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy exercising, reading, traveling, cooking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Dr. Patel is an experienced compassionate optometrist dedicated to providing comprehensive eye care for patients of all ages. With a clinical focus on dry eye treatments and retinal care, Dr. Patel is committed to helping patients maintain optimal eye health and enjoy clear vision. Dr. Patel attended Loyola University Chicago for undergraduate studies, followed by the prestigious Illinois College of Optometry thereafter. Outside of seeing patient, Dr. Patel enjoys fitness, movies and trying new restaurants.
