Undergrad education: Drake University - Bachelor's in Clinical and Applied Science - 2018; Optometry school: The Ohio State University College of Optometry - 2023; Residency: The Columbus/Chillicothe VAs - 2024. Dr. Lombardi first showed an interest in optometry at an early age, having decided he wanted to be a doctor and having gotten his first pair of glasses in 2nd grade. While at Drake he ran track while also working on his bachelor's and did his senior capstone project on vision screenings in daycares, kindergartens, and elementary schools. He went on to start optometry school after a year of working as an ophthalmic technician. After completing school, he started a residency in ocular disease with a minor focus on low vision. As a young, VA trained optometrist, he is striving to utilize the skills he acquired during his disease residency to the absolute highest level and to advocate for the highest scope possible in the profession. He also intends to give his patients the best quality healthcare he is capable of by constantly learning about the advancements and innovations being made and apply them to his clinical skills and practice.

The reason I became an optometrist is: I am very myopic and as a teenager contact lenses really improved my life. My favorite part of helping my patients is: helping them to live their best lives. In my spare time, I enjoy: Traveling/biking/painting/spending time with my family.

I enjoy seeing adults and children of all ages and abilities. I specialize in primary eye care, including exams for contact lens fittings, diabetic eye exam, and dry eye disease management. I care for patients by of course prescribing glasses and contacts, as well as providing diabetic eye exams, evaluating binocular vision concerns, and managing and treating ocular disease. Dr. Robert E. Luckey is a board-certified optometric physician. He is a proud graduate of Nova Southeastern University (Class of 2002) and has practiced in both a large ophthalmology practice and private optometry practice. Dr. Luckey's experience includes two externships in ocular disease at large ophthalmology practices. Dr. Luckey is an active member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), the Florida Optometric Association (FOA), and the former president of the Hillsborough Society of Optometrists (HSO). Dr. Luckey is married and has two wonderful children. He enjoys spending time with his family, hiking, biking (bikes and motorcycles), kayaking, and traveling. Before Dr. Luckey's optometric physician career, he served in the U.S. Military for fourteen years. He began his military career as a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare Specialist and continued in his career as a combat/flight medic.

Dr. Henry Luo practices all aspects of optometry, including managing various ocular diseases and binocular disorders and performing eyeglasses and contact lens examinations. He is passionate about improving a patient’s quality of life by providing exceptional eye care. In his free time, Dr. Luo enjoys playing and watching all sports, hitting the gym, and spending time with friends and family. Languages spoken: English, Mandarin, elementary Spanish. Dr. Joseph Lutche has over 25 years of experience providing eye care in Middle Tennessee. He graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1997 after attending Memphis State University. After operating a solo clinic for over a decade, Dr. Lutche spent the next several years traveling to schools across Tennessee to provide vision care to our students. He is excited about again practicing locally with new and established patients, alike. Dr. Lutche provides comprehensive eye care including prescribing glasses and contact lenses, diabetic eye care, and evaluation and management of dry eye, glaucoma, and other ocular issues. Outside the office, Dr. Lutche enjoys playing soccer, hearing live music, trying Nashville’s new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Born and raised in Texas, Dr. Ly has dedicated his career to enhancing vision and eye health in the community. He earned their undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at Austin before pursuing his passion for optometry at the University of the Incarnate Word Rosenberg School of Optometry (UIWRSO), where he graduated magna cum laude. As a licensed Optometric Glaucoma Specialist, Dr. Ly offers a comprehensive range of eye care services. His expertise encompasses specialty contact lenses and the management of various conditions, including dry eye disease, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Additionally, Dr. Ly provides co-management for patients undergoing LASIK and cataract surgery, ensuring a seamless and informed experience. With a commitment to patient-centered care, Dr. Ly combines advanced technology with a compassionate approach, striving to provide the highest standard of eye care for every individual.

Dr. Malia Ma received her undergraduate education from Colorado State University with a bachelor in Biology. She earned her doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University, where she focused on service by working as an ambassador for the university and volunteering as an Amigos member in elementary schools, Special Olympics, and underserved communities both locally and abroad. Dr. Ma seeks to serve the eye care needs of adults and children alike, with a special interest in conditions like dry eye, contact lenses, ocular disease, diabetes exams, LASIK and cataract evaluations and emergency eye care. Although a Hawaii native, Dr. Ma has traded her hula skirt and surfboard for hiking boots and a snowboard and now calls Colorado her home. She is an active member of the Colorado Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. She enjoys spending time with her fiancé and pupper, camping, snowboarding, and spending time with friends and family.

Clinical Certifications and Specialties: In addition to primary eye care for adults and children, my specialties include orthokeratology, myopia control, and scleral and other specialty lenses; Certified fitter of MiSight Myopia Control soft lenses; Certified fitter of WAVE custom designed NightLens Orthokeratology lenses; Certified for Bausch and Lomb VST (Vision Shaping Treatment); Certified for Paragon Corneal Refractive Therapy. The reason I became an optometrist is: It perfectly combines my math and science background with my love of helping people. My favorite part of helping my patients is: I have a special interest in fitting a wide variety of contact lenses, especially for patients with complex prescriptions and visual demands.
