Since starting his West Jordan eye clinic in 2005, Dr. Kimball has offered a unique experience to each one of his patients. Dr Kimball attended the University of Utah for his undergraduate degree. Upon completion of his post-graduate work at the Southern California College of Optometry and completion of his Doctorate degree, he has made it his goal to offer the best optometric care to his patients treating them as he would treat his own family. He prides himself in not just being a good clinician, but knows that every patient leaving his office will understand exactly how their eyes work and will go home with the knowledge that they have had the most thorough eye exam they have ever had. Dr. Kimball is a third generation Optometrist being led by a strong tradition of valuable service since his grandfathers opening of their first clinic in the Sugarhouse area back in 1952. After serving with his father in several humanitarian missions in South and Central America Dr. Kimball saw the lack of eye care being provided and its endless benefits to those that were given the gift of sight for the first time. That passion has spilled over to his current clinic where he strives to provide explanations to how the eye and the body work together. He prides himself on improving vision through medicinal as well as holistic approaches. Dr. Kimball has been a long-term member of the American Optometric Association and the Utah Optometric Association. He is active in the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce. He is a native of Utah and resides with his wife, Kathy and their four sons, Jonah, Eli, Jax and Remy. His interests include family activities, sports of all kinds, music, woodworking, camping, poetry and BBQ. He is a fluent Spanish speaker and enjoys working with the Spanish speaking community.

Hobbies/Interests: Pilates, exploring new foods, visiting art museums, and spending time with friends, family, and my dog.

Dr. Danielle King was born and raised in Miami, Florida and has been practicing in South Florida for 20 years. She received her optometry degree from SUNY College of Optometry in 2006, after completing her undergraduate degrees at the University of Florida in 2001. Dr. King provides comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, along with contact lens fittings and medical eye visits. She takes pride in providing personalized care to every patient. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies, dancing, crafting, and traveling.

Undergraduate Education: Indiana University of Pennsylvania, Bachelor’s of Science; Optometry School: Pennsylvania College of Optometry (Salus University); Professional Achievements and Associations: American Optometric Association; Pennsylvania Optometric Association; The reason I became an optometrist is because when I was younger, I thought it was amazing that the doctor could flip those lenses and get people to see better. As I pursued it throughout college, I realized it was much more than that and knew optometry was how I wanted to help people. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, camping, visiting wineries, and spending time with my friends and family. My favorite part of helping my patients is the one on one interaction and the relationships that build from seeing people from year to year.

Dr. Samantha Price earned her undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University before continuing her education at the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. After graduation, she spent her career studying advanced eye conditions, specializing in low vision services and devices. Today, she is a board-certified optometrist with a focus on low vision and a range of ocular diseases, and she loves working with your entire family. In addition to providing comprehensive eye exams, she is a low-vision specialist, an expert in diagnosing and treating eye diseases, and performs neurovisual medicine for patients struggling with vision-related symptoms from concussions and other brain injuries. Dr. Price is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association. A native of Minersville, PA, Dr. Price brings a hometown feel and eye care experience like no other, with personalized appointments and attentive service. As a low vision specialist, she helps patients regain lost vision who have struggled with other eye doctors, whether due to macular degeneration, glaucoma, cataracts, or other vision-limiting conditions.

Certifications/Awards: Gold key Honor Society, Energan scholarship recipient, Residency trained at Woolfson Eye Institute in ocular disease w/ emphasis in refractive/ocular surgery. How are you impacting your local community or helping your patients live their best lives? I love being able to help my community see better and manage all parts of their ocular health including comprehensive eye health, contact lenses, medical exams, dry eye, and surgical ecomanagement. I’m passionate about providing the best care for my patients to enhance and meet their visual goals. Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy reading, working out, traveling, and spending time with my husband and our pup Riley.

Undergraduate Education: University of Maryland, Baltimore County: Biology Major. Optometry School: Pennsylvania College of Optometry, 1985. Clinical Certifications and Specialties: I practice general optometry with an emphasis on contact lenses. The reason I became an optometrist is: I became an optometrist to follow in my father's footsteps. Growing up, I saw how he enhanced people's lives by improving their vision. I also like fact that optometrists are primary health care providers. We are often the first to diagnose diseases like diabetes or high blood pressure and able to refer patients to their general practitioner for treatment. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Designing specialty prescriptions to help patients with their hobbies or unique job applications. In my spare time, I enjoy: Woodworking, carpentry, oil painting, pen and ink drawings, building guitars, and photography.

Dr. Kleim is originally from California and received a BA and MA from California State University, Fresno. Before becoming an optometrist, Dr. Kleim received a doctorate in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri, Columbia. He was a Psychologist at Fort Hays State University in Kansas where he taught graduate courses for clinical and school psychology as well as supervising students in clinical practicum. Dr. Kleim is a 1994 graduate from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in Tahlequah, OK. He practices general optometry with an emphasis on contact lenses and ocular pathology. Dr. Kleim is licensed to treat ocular diseases, including glaucoma, red eyes, and medical eye disorders. Dr. Kleim is also certified to provide pre- and postoperative care for cataract and laser vision surgery (LASIK). Dr. Kleim is a Diplomate of the American Board of Optometry. American Board of Optometry (ABO) board certification is a process that allows doctors of optometry to demonstrate that they exceed entry level requirements and are maintaining the appropriate knowledge, skills and experience to deliver quality eye care. Dr. Kleim and his wife, Dr. Stacy Riley, have three children, two of whom are in college. Their youngest child is in high school. Dr. Kleim enjoys spending time with his family, exercising, and hiking in the Colorado mountains.

Undergraduate Education: Grove City College; Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology. Optometry School: Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University; Class of 2007. Professional Achievements and Associations: Member of American Optometric Association and the Pennsylvania Optometric Association. The reason I became an optometrist is: I injured my eye at a very young age and ever since I have wanted to care for patients’ eye health needs and help them see better. My favorite part of helping my patients is: that Wow! moment when someone can see well again. In my spare time, I enjoy: Spending time with my family, playing video games and watching sports.

The reason I became an optometrist is: I have had an appreciation for vision and the eye from a young age. Even as a child, I would try to walk around the house with my eyes closed just to find out if I could get around. The eye is a very complex and beautiful system. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Seeing their joy and appreciation when they have clear vision. In my spare time, I enjoy: Family and friends, pets, live music performance, travel, gardening.

The reason I became an optometrist is: I truly enjoy people. Optometry provides a unique opportunity within health care to connect with people while simultaneously making a positive impact on their lives. My favorite part of helping my patients is: The satisfaction of getting to know my patients and their needs and designing visual solutions to enhance their daily experiences. In my spare time, I enjoy: Camping, biking, and restoring classic cars.

Undergraduate Education: Bethany College, Bethany WV: Bachelor of Science in Chemistry. Optometry School: Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University. I am currently a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA), the Pennsylvania Optometric Association (POA), and the Western Pennsylvania Optometric Society (WPOS). While I enjoy seeing patients of all ages, I especially love working with kids and making them feel comfortable during their visit to our office. My favorite part of being an optometrist is getting to know my patients and their families, listening to their individual needs, and helping problem solve when unique situations present
