My philosophy is to listen carefully to my patients to determine their special needs. This enables me to come up with the best solution to meet the individual's requirements. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? When my patients say "Wow, I've never had an eye exam like that before! How are you impacting your local community? I am a past President of both the Downtown Hollywood Business Association and The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Hobbies/Interests: Golf and Grandchildren (not necessarily in that order).

By providing comprehensive eye exams for adults and children, diabetic eye exams, contact lens fitting, and ocular disease management. Hobbies: Reading, painting, walking, traveling (especially to the beach and Europe).

Dr. Keith was born and raised on the Navajo and Hopi native American reservations in northern Arizona. After finishing high school, she went on to attend the University of Arizona. Dr. Keith received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in physiology with a minor in anthropology. She also worked as an optometric technician while attending university. Dr. Keith completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University of Health Sciences in Glendale, Arizona, graduating summa cum laude. While in school, she attended externships that provided extensive training and experience in primary eye care, diabetic eye care, management of macular degeneration and glaucoma, and surgical co-management. After finishing optometry school, Dr. Keith returned to Tucson to work for a corporate optometry clinic and was happy to join Arizona Primary Eye Care in March of 2022. Dr. Keith enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive eye care in a friendly and comfortable environment. In her free time, Dr. Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Dr. Madeline Junker Kellerman received her Bachelor of Science in cellular biology and genetics at the University of Maryland before earning her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia. Dr. Kellerman loves offering the full range of primary eye care—from routine eye exams and emergency visits to managing ocular disease and prescribing a patient’s first pair of glasses. Residing in Mechanicsville, Dr. Kellerman enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and son, Tyler and Kenzo, along with their dog and two cats.

Born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta, Canada, Dr. Julie Kells embarked on a remarkable journey that led her to become a respected optometrist. As a student-athlete at St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas, she excelled in both academics and volleyball while earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry. Driven by her passion for eye care, she pursued a Doctorate of Optometry at the prestigious University of Houston College of Optometry, graduating Summa Cum Laude with a clinical letter of excellence. During her clinical rotations at Space Center Eye Associates and Bellaire Family Eyecare, she honed her skills in ocular disease management and specialty contact lens fitting, respectively. Complementing her expertise, Dr. Kells completed a rigorous one-year residency program at Clay-Rhynes Eye Clinic in Durant, Oklahoma, where she specialized in treating complex ocular conditions such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, cataracts, and diabetes. She also gained valuable experience in co-managing LASIK and PRK patients. In her free time, Dr. Kells finds joy in staying active outdoors, indulging in hiking, biking, and lake adventures.

Later, when it came time to choose my career path, I considered several medical fields but optometry stood out among them. It provided the work/life balance that I was seeking while also allowing me to serve people's medical needs. In my spare time, I enjoy I enjoy spending time with my husband and twins. My favorite part of helping my patients is because I'm a relationship builder. It makes my day to see a longtime patient or a friend who is visiting the office for the first time. Those connections are important to me.

Improving people’s vision and quality of life. Hobbies/Interests: Curling, Volleyball, guitar, and running.

The reason I became an optometrist is: To find a way to help people enhance their lives by optimizing their vision and overall health. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Making them smile because they can do something, they thought they could not in my spare time, I enjoy: Reading, learning about health, wellness and nutrition, yoga and all types of exercise. Spending time with family, friends and my 2 dogs.

Since life in general is so dependent on vision, helping my patients maintain and protect their vision for a lifetime is my goal. I volunteer at Streetdog Foundation and am the game day announcer for Houston High baseball. Hobbies/Interests: Music, concerts, sports (Go Cards! Go Grizz!)
