Dr. Trevor J. Gotthardt graduated with honors from the Rochester Institute of Technology, earning a degree in Biomedical Science. He went on to receive his Doctor of Optometry degree from the New England College of Optometry in Boston, MA, in 2025. During his graduate training, Dr. Gotthardt completed a diverse range of clinical externships, including Lynn Community Health Center, Lahey Medical Center, the Hudson Valley VA, and EyeCare Associates of Connecticut. These experiences provided him with extensive training in ocular disease management and binocular vision disorders. Dr. Gotthardt practices full-scope primary care optometry. He offers comprehensive eye exams, contact lens fittings, diabetic eye evaluations, and is dedicated to providing the highest quality of refractive and medical care. Outside the clinic, Dr. Gotthardt enjoys spending his free time outdoors. He is an avid hiker, piano player, and vintage motorcycle enthusiast.

My favorite part of helping my patients is: I love our profession. It is ever-changing for the betterment of our patient. Dr. Goulston completed his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College and received his Doctor of Optometry from The Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Through friends and family members involved in Optometry, combined with his interest in Health Sciences, Dr. Goulston knew Optometry was the right field for him. He is known for his bedside manner, thorough eye exams, and dedication to thoroughly address their needs. In his spare time he enjoys working out, hiking with his dogs, and traveling.

Dr. Gourley is a dedicated and compassionate optometrist who recently earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2025 from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry. Now relocating to Dover, Delaware, she is excited to begin her career serving the local community with a strong commitment to providing excellent, personalized eye care. Dr. Gourley is passionate about helping patients maintain healthy vision and takes pride in building lasting relationships through attentive and thorough care. She brings a fresh perspective, up-to-date clinical knowledge, and a friendly, approachable demeanor to every appointment. Outside the exam room, Dr. Gourley enjoys running and growing a variety of house plants. These hobbies help her stay grounded and energized—qualities she brings to her practice every day.

Dr. Grace is a graduate from the University of New Mexico. He received his Doctor of Optometry from the University of Houston. Dr. Grace is therapeutically licensed and an optometric Glaucoma Specialist. As a licensed optometrist, Dr. Grace provides exams, diagnoses, and treatments of all disorders that affect the eye or vision. In addition to training in eye diseases and disorders, Dr. Grace is also trained in anatomy, biochemistry, and physiology. With this background, Dr. Grace is trained to recognize a range of health issues; such as glaucoma, macular degeneration, diabetes, and hypertension. Dr. Grace works hard to stay current on the latest advances in eye health and vision care and regularly attends continuing education seminars and advanced training courses.

Dr. Granado-Chaney is an University of Houston College of Optometry graduate. She completed externships in ocular pathology at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and in primary care at the Centre Boston de Optometria y Ofthalmologia in Madrid Spain. She has completed course work in Public Health from the University of North Texas. Dr. Granado-Chaney is a therapeutic optometrist, and as such she is trained in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular medical conditions as well as being an optometric glaucoma specialist. She is a member of the AOA, Texas Optometric Association and the Dallas County Optometric Society. She is a Diplomate, in the American Board of Optometry.

Certifications/Award: Certified Paragon CRT/Euclid Orthokeratology, Published in multiple medical journals in refractive surgery. Ophthalmology, and the Journal of Cataract Refract Surg. I take immense pride in providing routine and emergency eye care services to our community, knowing that my work enables individuals to enjoy their best possible lives. In addition to my professional career, I'm also a dedicated "hockey mom," actively supporting my children's love for the sport. I'm a passionate skier, finding exhilaration on snow-covered slopes.

What drives your passion for optometry? I get up every day knowing that I’m going to help my patients see their best and help preserve the vision of those with eye diseases and injuries. That is very satisfying to me. How are you helping patients live their best lives? Vision is our most important sense. So much information is taken in with our eyes. I aspire to optimize and protect my patients’ vision. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? I hope to achieve my patients’ vision goals and exceed their expectations. I want them to be as excited as I am to be in our office. How are you impacting your local community? I’m a proud volunteer for Remote Area Medical Corps which provides vision, medical and dental care to those who can’t afford it. Hobbies/Interests: I’m on the panel which determines Golf Digest Magazine’s America’s 100 Greatest Courses. I recently completed playing all the courses on that list.

Providing comprehensive and emergency eye exams, as well as, fulfilling routine vision concerns, such as glasses and contacts. Hobbies/Interests: I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, and watching all sports, especially the UAB Blazers.

My own history going to the optometrist and wanting to give the same level of exceptional care that I was given. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you?
