Dr. Joseph Lutche has over 25 years of experience providing eye care in Middle Tennessee. He graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 1997 after attending Memphis State University. After operating a solo clinic for over a decade, Dr. Lutche spent the next several years traveling to schools across Tennessee to provide vision care to our students. He is excited about again practicing locally with new and established patients, alike. Dr. Lutche provides comprehensive eye care including prescribing glasses and contact lenses, diabetic eye care, and evaluation and management of dry eye, glaucoma, and other ocular issues. Outside the office, Dr. Lutche enjoys playing soccer, hearing live music, trying Nashville’s new restaurants, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Malia Ma received her undergraduate education from Colorado State University with a bachelor in Biology. She earned her doctorate of Optometry from Pacific University, where she focused on service by working as an ambassador for the university and volunteering as an Amigos member in elementary schools, Special Olympics, and underserved communities both locally and abroad. Dr. Ma seeks to serve the eye care needs of adults and children alike, with a special interest in conditions like dry eye, contact lenses, ocular disease, diabetes exams, LASIK and cataract evaluations and emergency eye care. Although a Hawaii native, Dr. Ma has traded her hula skirt and surfboard for hiking boots and a snowboard and now calls Colorado her home. Dr. Tanya Malhotra grew up in Toronto, Canada, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo. She then travelled to Philadelphia to attend the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, during which time she was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Malhotra graduated magna cum laude as a Doctor of Optometry with clinical honors in neuro-ophthalmic disease and primary care, and went on to complete her ocular disease residency at Seidenberg Protzko Eye Associates in Maryland. During her residency, she presented at the American Academy of Optometry and also achieved Diplomate status from the American Board of Optometry. She worked in a privately owned Ophthalmology practice in Delaware for several years after residency, before relocating back to Maryland to join MyEyeDr. Her practice includes full-scope comprehensive eye care with an emphasis on ocular disease. Her areas of special interest include dry eye as well as emergency care. She enjoys cooking, traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
