I loved how they were able to help their patients see and educate people about their health. I am a problem solver and I love that optometry allows me to evaluate eye health issues and help people see their best. My favorite part of helping my patients is getting to know my patients and helping them find the best vision solutions for their needs. I have been caring for many of my patients for over 20 years and am thankful for the opportunity to participate in their health and vision care. In my spare time, I love to be outdoors: hiking, biking, enjoying nature. I also enjoy travel and the insight it provides into other cultures. I currently serve on the board of directors of Wayfinders, an organization that provides mentoring, summer camp opportunities and year round enrichment to high achieving low income students in Charlotte. Through Wayfinders, I am mentoring two teenage girls and I am sharing my passion for learning and exploration with them.

Dr. Hannah Lewis earned her B.S. in Public Health, with a minor in Chemistry, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). She then obtained her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry (NECO) in Boston, MA. To further enhance her training, Dr. Lewis completed an Ocular Disease residency at the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury, NC. She is passionate about improving her patients' quality of life through education on preventative ocular health and providing corrective treatments. Additionally, she is dedicated to serving her community by delivering excellent service and learning from its members. Dr. Li was born in China and raised in Texas, Tennessee, and Pennsylvania. She recieved her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh. She went on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. She completed her clinical training at Southwest Vision Center and Kozlovsky Delay & Winter Eye Consultants, where she managed ocular diseases and provided pre and post-ocular surgical care. During time at school, she served as the President of Optometric Vision Development and Rehabilitation Association (OVDRA) and Sports Vision. She previously researched on color vision and publishing it in the journal "Eye". She is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA) and Texas Optometric Association (TOA). She also volunteered on a mission trip to Guatemala, where she provided eyecare to the underserved population of Chichicastenango. She enjoys seeing patients of all ages and aims to provide positive, impactful visual and ocular health solutions for patients' concerns. Dr. Lindsey attended The Ohio State University and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology in 1978. He then obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1983, also from The Ohio State University. He is a member of the Ohio Visual Foundation, Ohio Zone 4, Ohio Optometric Association, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry. Born and raised in Parma he then moved to the Cortland area after graduating from OSU. Dr. Lindsey has served his community over the last 30 years raising two children, volunteering at the local schools to aid in vision screenings and continuing his education to provide outstanding quality care to his patients.

About Riley Liss, OD

Dr. Liss attended the University of Iowa where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Health and Human Physiology and a minor in Aging and Longevity Studies. She then received her Doctorate in Optometry from the University of Missouri - St. Louis College of Optometry. On externships, she was trained to diagnose, treat and manage ocular diseases, such as diabetes, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. Additionally, she received training in dry eye and contact lens. During her education, she attended Alcon’s Academy for Academic Excellence program in Fort Worth, TX and CooperVision Brilliant Future Graduate program in Chicago, IL. Upon graduation, she received awards for Clinical Excellence in Contact Lens and the Practice Excellence Scholarship. Dr. Liss is also a member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the International Optometric Honor Society. Dr. Liss is a licensed Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist. She is a member of the American Optometric Association (AOA). Dr. Liss is originally from a small town in Iowa. She moved down to Texas after graduation and enjoys baking, spending time outside, and traveling to new places.

Dr. Loe was born and raised in Casper, Wyoming. He is the son of an optometrist, which is where his passion for optometry began. He attended the University of Wyoming and graduated with a bachelor’s in Physiology. He moved to Phoenix in 2014 to pursue his Doctor of Optometry degree, where he focused on ocular disease and specialty contact lenses on his external rotations. Dr. Loe had great clinical experience at the following external rotation sites: Arizona Eye Institute (Phoenix, AZ); Fort Defiance Indian Health Hospital (Fort Defiance, AZ); Pinecone Vision Center (Sartell, Minnesota); Nationwide Medical Referral Center (Mesa, AZ). Dr. Lombardi first showed an interest in optometry at an early age, having decided he wanted to be a doctor and having gotten his first pair of glasses in 2nd grade. While at Drake he ran track while also working on his bachelor's and did his senior capstone project on vision screenings in daycares, kindergartens, and elementary schools. He went on to start optometry school after a year of working as an ophthalmic technician. After completing school, he started a residency in ocular disease with a minor focus on low vision. As a young, VA trained optometrist, he is striving to utilize the skills he acquired during his disease residency to the absolute highest level and to advocate for the highest scope possible in the profession. He also intends to give his patients the best quality healthcare he is capable of by constantly learning about the advancements and innovations being made and apply them to his clinical skills and practice.
