Dr. Downey received her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry. A Hamburg resident, she has helped countless patients with their vision care needs for many years and has extensive experience in virtually every area of optometry, and provides each patient with personalized attention. Dr. Shara Draper received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University. After completing her internships in primary care at Quantico Air Force Base in Virginia and the Veterans Administration Hospital in Pensacola Florida, she began practicing in Atlanta, GA. She is an active member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association.

Dr. Drees is a graduate of Ohio State University, where he received his bachelor degree in Physiological Optics in 1988. In 1991, he earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from OSU's College of Optometry. Dr. Drees has served as a board member for the Cincinnati Optometric Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Optometric Association and the American Optometric Association. His areas of specialty include contact lenses and laser surgery co-management. Dr. Drees is originally from Cincinnati and is a graduate of Moeller High School.

Dr. Driscoll sees patients with a wide variety of conditions; however, many of his patients seek his help with conditions such as Keratoconus, Post Surgical Contact Lenses, Glaucoma, Orthokeratology, and Myopia Regulation. Hobbies/Interests: Educator: training peers during numerous lectures and workshops in "Advanced Methods of Ocular Disease Diagnosis and Treatment.” Lecturer: on optic nerve disorders, peripheral retinal disease, cataract and glaucoma diagnosis and treatment, advancements in ocular medications, and eye care technology. Dr. Brooke Dugas received her bachelor's in biology from the University of Louisiana Monroe where she graduated summa cum laude. After obtaining her degree at ULM, Dr. Dugas moved to Memphis, Tennessee to begin optometric training at Southern College of Optometry. She completed clinical rotations at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans, Louisiana and Piedmont Eye Care in Charlotte, North Carolina. Dr. Dugas is committed to forming strong, lasting relationships with her patients. She takes great pride in educating them, ensuring they understand their eye health and treatment options. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family.

Dr. Duggan has lived in Broomfield, Colorado, since early elementary school. He attended Broomfield High School and worked at 3D Vision as a technician and receptionist. For his bachelor's, he attended Augustana College in Illinois, where he played soccer and graduated with a Bachelor's in Biology. He attended the Illinois College of Optometry to earn his Optometry degree. He completed formal training at the Illinois Eye Institute, Morrison Eye Care (MN), Family Vision and Eye Care (ID), and Braverman Eye Center (FL). He is certified in Primary Care Optometry and the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. In his free time, he enjoys hiking, snowboarding, watching sports, and spending time with friends and family.

Helping people in the West TN area with all of their eye care needs since 1994. Hobbies: Enjoys time with family and the outdoors.

Dr Dunn is a 4th generation Washingtonian. He attended his first year of college at James Madison University and was a Marching Royal Duke. He then went on to receive his B.S in Biology from Florida State University and his Doctorate from Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN. Dr Dunn enjoys educating people about their ocular conditions and clarifying all the corrective options available to them, including Eyeglasses, Advanced Contact Lenses, LASIK, PRK and other Refractive Surgery Procedures. He is most passionate about Pediatric Vision and specializes in children 3-6 years of age. In his spare time, he enjoys live theater and cardio kickboxing.

I love to provide individualized care, so each patient can look and see their best in every aspect of their life. Hobbies/Interests: I love trying new restaurants, seeing live music and theater, and spending time with my husband, son, and French bulldog.

Small phrases and moments like this drive me to give patients the best vision they can have. Optometry allows you to have many special moments with your patients, and I am thankful for the opportunity to share it with them. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? I believe transformational eyecare experience comes from truly listening to patient needs and acting on those needs. Hobbies/Interests: My life outside clinic revolves around my dog, dancing, and filmmaking.

Professional Achievements and Associations: Multiple Rotations in the Boston VA and Community Health care systems; Optometrist with Retail settings since 2019; Member of the Maryland Optometry Association. Clinical Certifications and Specialties: Primary Care Optometrist. The reason I became an optometrist is: Growing up, I used to think I wasn’t good at school. When I got my first pair of glasses in 7th grade, I became the top student in my class till college through high school. I made a pledge since then to make a positive impact in people’s life. My favorite part of helping my patients is: Helping patients see better to improve their activities of daily living and diagnosing possible life-threatening conditions in the eyes. In my spare time, I enjoy: Football, soccer, rugby, working out and Cooking.

Specializing in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases including Dry Eye, Cataracts, Glaucoma, Macular Degeneration and Diabetic eye disease. How are you helping patients live their best lives? By providing the best care and individualized treatment plan tailored to the specific needs of my patients. How are you impacting your local community? I serve on the board of trustees for the Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ABVI). I belong to the Grand Rapids Lions Club supporting the GR Lions Club Vision Clinic at Cherry Health, ABVI, and local service projects.

Dr. Gerald Eisenstatt is a graduate of Southern College of Optometry, and has been in practice for 35 years. Dr. Eisenstatt is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians, and past president of the West Tennessee Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Eisenstatt retired as an Associate Professor of Practice Management at Southern College of Optometry where he received the distinguished Teacher of the Year award from the senior class for several years. He was also the Director of the Hayes Center for Practice Excellence, and a member of the Practice Management Educators Association. Dr. Eisenstatt received his M.B.A. from Christian Brothers University in 2011. He is married to Lynn and they have two sons, Brian and Michael.
