Dr. Sharokh Kapadia earned his undergraduate degree from Brock University in Canada before graduating with honors from the Michigan College of Optometry in 1998. After obtaining his O.D., he completed a yearlong residency at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, focusing on ocular diseases. Today, he is an exceptionally experienced optometrist, an active member of his field, and works to adopt the latest and greatest eye care innovations for his loyal patients. Dr. Kapadia provides comprehensive eye care, with a focus on eye disease. He specializes in dry eye and myopia management and provides eye care with a compassionate, personal touch. Dr. Kapadia is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and a member of both the American Optometric Association and the Florida Optometric Association. Originally from St. Catharines, Ontario, Canada, Dr. Kapadia came to America to provide his patients with the highest-quality, unparalleled service. He prides himself on staying up to date on promising trends, technologies, and advancements in optometry. Dr. Gayle Karanges is a leading optometrist in Arlington, Texas, where she has been serving the community since 1988. With over 30 years of experience in the field, her passion for optometry stems from her desire to help patients improve their vision and maintain healthy eyes, recognizing that our eyes reflect vital aspects of our overall well-being. With a Doctorate in Optometry from the University of Houston, Dr. Karanges’ dedication extends to professional development, regularly attending continuing education courses in the field of optometry. This commitment ensures she remains at the forefront of advancements in diagnosing and managing complex vision disorders, including keratoconus, diabetic eye conditions, and dry eyes. Dr. Karanges is a devoted mother of two daughters. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness training, tennis, and showing cutting horses. Dr. Karanges aspires to inspire women to pursue their ambitions and believe they can achieve success in both their personal and professional lives. She encourages her daughters, as well as those around her, to strive for their best, embrace challenges, and remain passionate about their work.

I enjoy discussing the importance of UV protection and nutrition with my patients, as well as fitting contact lenses offering the latest technology in health, comfort and vision. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? Using innovative products and testing is beneficial to assess eye health and solve patient's eye care needs.

Dr. Ajay Katiyar attended the University of Illinois - Chicago and is also a graduate of the Illinois College of Optometry. Besides serving his patients, Dr. Katiyar loves playing tennis and basketball, traveling, hiking, and investing.

My philosophy is to listen carefully to my patients to determine their special needs. This enables me to come up with the best solution to meet the individual's requirements. What does providing a transformational eyecare experience mean to you? When my patients say "Wow, I've never had an eye exam like that before! How are you impacting your local community? I am a past President of both the Downtown Hollywood Business Association and The Greater Hollywood Chamber of Commerce. Hobbies/Interests: Golf and Grandchildren (not necessarily in that order).

Dr. Keith was born and raised on the Navajo and Hopi native American reservations in northern Arizona. After finishing high school, she went on to attend the University of Arizona. Dr. Keith received her Bachelor of Health Science degree in physiology with a minor in anthropology. She also worked as an optometric technician while attending university. Dr. Keith completed her Doctor of Optometry degree at Midwestern University of Health Sciences in Glendale, Arizona, graduating summa cum laude. While in school, she attended externships that provided extensive training and experience in primary eye care, diabetic eye care, management of macular degeneration and glaucoma, and surgical co-management. After finishing optometry school, Dr. Keith returned to Tucson to work for a corporate optometry clinic and was happy to join Arizona Primary Eye Care in March of 2022. Dr. Keith enjoys getting to know her patients and strives to provide compassionate and comprehensive eye care in a friendly and comfortable environment. In her free time, Dr. Keith enjoys spending time with family and friends, hiking, camping, and traveling.

Dr. Madeline Junker Kellerman received her Bachelor of Science in cellular biology and genetics at the University of Maryland before earning her Doctor of Optometry from Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia. Dr. Kellerman loves offering the full range of primary eye care—from routine eye exams and emergency visits to managing ocular disease and prescribing a patient’s first pair of glasses. Residing in Mechanicsville, Dr. Kellerman enjoys reading, cooking, crafting, and spending time with her husband and son, Tyler and Kenzo, along with their dog and two cats.
